Beautiful location, unfortunately rooms have no sound proof, cleaniness is not to our standard and room had a toilet smell. Bathroom is extremely small, we are both small but to enter the toilet is an adventure

There were no activities , although it was claimed that there is a private beach .We had paid for five nights with half board , due to the transfer of flights we had to shorten the stay , but we refused to give something to eat on the street instead of the missing dinner.The room had a sufficient size with a renovated shower, but in the corners there were cobwebs and the cleaning was from worse Qualität.Im Bathroom there was no soap and on two days out of four nights we asked to replace the empty container of the soap dispenser, in the end, the employee brought us a container with soap, but we had to assemble it ourselves. We had booked half-board, but nowhere was it indicated that dinner would be in a completely different place, which caused great inconvenience. In addition, the selection of products at breakfast was very poor and on the first day of our stay there were not even eggs. In general, there were no vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, and for some reason the fruits were cut into pieces.

The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning

The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and extremly dirty, spider webs everywhere, smell. Window view at the wall.

I had specified that we were two boys and we wanted a double and not a double and I was told that in the old wing it was possible but not in the new one. Obviously the old wing and double bedroom. "But it's more spacious, he'll be happy ..." Room under the terrace where you eat. Saturday night with chaos until midnight. Breakfast: table full of crumbs. He pointed out to the girl that without pleating he pulled them to the ground with his hand. At one point we had both gone to the coffee machine leaving a slice of cake and saucers. There were a few people. When we returned with the cappuccino cups, they had already cleared. They will certainly say that it is not true, but I have found a lot of approximation in everything starting from the unlit sign that does not show the access road when you arrive in the evening up to the answers to the questions given in an approximate and unclear way. We may be dumb, but we have yet to find a place they had indicated to us. In any case, the bed was made very haphazardly with loose sheets, specially kept separate towels all put back together. We were probably unlucky and with a double some idiosyncrasies wouldn't have happened

Old rooms, small bathroom with no window, zero soundproofing so much that we could hear those in the next room snoring .. no wonder since the rooms are divided by plasterboard ... For the rest I must say that the staff is courteous. Nice breakfast room overlooking the lake and breakfast in the norm ... would I go back ??? Mmmh no!

Excellent welcome, professional and always present staff, fresh and comfortable room. a spa complete with the main wellness areas and one of the most beautiful views in Italy, having breakfast on a splendid terrace overlooking the lake is unforgettable both for the view and for the variety and quantity of food offered; I recommend it to couples, friends, families and I would definitely go there alone again. congratulations to the management.
