One word: unforgettable! Waking up surrounded by greenery, with a breakfast full of local products (from excellent bread, to cheeses and delicious fruit), enriched our stay in the beautiful and green Terceira. Very available to give us directions on where to go and what to eat, they also provided us with beach towels for swimming. Make a trip to Terceira just for this accommodation, it's worth it!

What a fantastic stay in the nature! So great to unwind, cozy stay, great views, fantastic breakfast and friendly service. We'd totally return! The only real downside is that the village itself has little to nothing to offer in the off-season (but then again that's a problem of many places in the Azores)

One of the highlights of our 2 week trip in the Azores! Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, super unique accommodations (we were in a tree house!), beautiful landscape and really good breakfasts. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful property. The setting is like the garden of Eden. Loved sleeping so close to nature, with birds singing all day long and flowers all around. The pool is super nice to relax.
Breakfast is excellent with a lot of local fruits, home made cakes, etc

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Carla is a wealth of information about the history and culture of the island, and had great recommendations for where to eat and things to do. Joaquin was delightful. Breakfast was great. Did not want to leave!

We were a group of 4 couples. We each had our own private house on stilts. The rooms were beautiful yet simply appointed - with everything you could need. We arrived just after 1pm after 24 hours of travel. Carla and the amazingly friendly and helpful staff prepared a special lunch for us which was a delicious introduction to food on Terceira. Everything about the lodge is thoughtful and beautiful. It is also a great location, within minutes of the beautiful pools of Biscoitos and no more than 25 min to almost everywhere on the island. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our Azores adventure!

This is quite the best hotel-adjacent experience the Azores has to offer, and you won't regret trying it. The individual cabins each offer an escape to the trees, and the sights and sounds of the forest are really something to wake up to. There are a few design quirks, most notably the lack of a bathroom door, but if you travel with a partner with sensitive ears there is always time to admire the view from the balcony. Breakfasts are faultless - seriously, you've never seen such a spread - and if you're getting up early to go whale-watching they'll deliver a pre-packed version to your treehouse fridge the night before. The staff know all there is to know about the island, and although you will certainly need a car (not too wide in the chassis, preferably) they can show you where to drive it for the best views. A daily dip in the salt-water pool seals the deal. Book it now before it becomes impossible to get a reservation!

We arrived late on the morning of the first day on the island after traveling for 24 hours to get there, so we were exhausted and very hungry. Mariana was so kind to set out breakfast for us and make us feel at home at the resort. They also were very accommodating with our requests for information and assistance. We highly recommend booking with Caparica!
