This hotel has horrible acoustics. The rooms are nice. The beds are very good. They serve breakfast. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean. The water is hot... too hot! But the noise level is unreal. Voices carry and echo through the halls. There is a pool on the 4th floor that creates a lot of noise. There are train tracks near. I felt that for the most part the hotel was well managed but the noise was very disruptive and irritating.

Modern hotel in convenient location. Bed was comfy. Staff were great. Pool has nice views. Breakfast was tasty! Restaurants close by. Would stay again.

This is a new hotel, they were working on putting the elevator in, while we were there. The shower was excellent, strong and hot water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Off street parking, under the hotel. all the staff were excellent, Allen, that checked us in was wonderful. The included breakfast was one of the best we have had in Mexico. Walked around the area, felt safe and several restaurants right within the block. The only bad thing, it is close to a train track, and because it crosses the main road, they blew the train whistle 2x during the night….it is easy to get too, right off of 15, and easy to get back on 15.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones, atención del personal pero sobre todo el servicio del restaurante, toda la comida riquísima con sazón casero y atención de primera y la alberca en el techo esta padrisima

Las habitaciones son muy amplias más que las de otros hoteles ejecutivos, todo está súper limpio, el desayuno es elaborado diariamente con sazón casero de verdad los felicito todo lo que desayuné estaba delicioso, la ubicación es genial y queda cerca de plaza forum, Walmart, a 2 cuadras de Farmacia Guadalajara y tiene supermercado a 1 cuadra

El hotel es totalmente nuevo con excelente ubicación y habitaciones amplias, personal amable y desayuno delicioso. Les recomiendo subir al quinto piso, hay una alberca muy bonita y una vista preciosa al valle. Fue una experiencia muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.
