You get what you pay for. Room was freezing, bathroom needed updated flooring, shower head needs replaced. Just not pleased with the stay.

The property was nice. Because of the weather, it was pretty salty on the inside with people coming in and out the heater in the room, setting it for heat and auto at 70°, really didn’t work I’d have to shut it off and wake up in the middle of the night turn it back on for a few hours, and then turn it back off. Coffee was good I like the coffee, several restaurants nearby gave me lots of dining options. Close to where I work at, was because I was staying there, because it was close to where I work, which made it easy for me to get to work for two days. Because of the weather. Clerk, was a very nice man, explained everything for me. Everything was good except the shower, it really did not have a lot of water pressure to it. But it was acceptable I guess.

Carpet in hallway needs thorough cleaning. Toilet seat in Room 220 was old & discolored. Trash needs to be picked up on the back outside of the building.

This property and staff were great. The only issue was more cosmetic. It appeared that someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door and the walls were filthy

The staff at this hotel is very unprofessional. It appears as if this place is struggling because management uses substandard materials everywhere, from the meager breakfast options to the paper thin bath towels to the sandpaper toilet paper. The staff is I'll equipped to deal with even the simplest request like washcloths, which were not present in the room. In addition, much of the staff is clearly not trained in hotel hospitality because they cannot even look up from their devices to acknowledge or converse with property guests.

Hole in bathroom door, wall with patch, shower faucet hard to use and the icing on the cake no coffee or any other hot food or drink.

We stayed for three nights. The room and bathroom were clean and had no issues. Air conditioning was a bit hard to regulate the room as either cold or too hot and the unit was not quite. Our big issue was we left the do not disturb sign on the door and when we returned the housekeeping staff had been in the room. This did not make me happy

Carpets needed cleaning, room was dark and dingy, the breakfast service was weak and the desk person was not particularly helpful and you had to ring a bell to get him.
