悦榕莊的度假酒店 環境設施我想不需要説太多 住酒店 服務真的很重要 入住前就開始跟進服務 Cassie Yang專業又貼心 提前聯繫安排用車等事宜 房間也給做了免費升級 入住期間出了點小插曲酒店的工作人員也都很好周到耐心協助解決 從專門對接的負責人小楊到前台到spa到餐廳到客房服務的工作人員 真的挑不出一點毛病 無一不是細心周到體貼 這就是品牌酒店該有的服務標準
入住體驗真的很好 真正的賓至如歸 其實來騰沖之前是有點忐忑的 因為覺得可能地理位置上稍偏遠 擔心會不會酒店住宿方面的軟件標準會有參差 事實證明是我多慮了
温泉是真温泉 全國榜上有名 對身體有多好時間短體驗的少不敢説 但真的會對皮膚好 洗完根本不需要潤膚露 而且spa也真的很不錯 衹是這次時間匆忙 兩個晚上沒住夠 下次還來

三月櫻花季 房間的櫻花特別好看
設施：温泉就不用説啦 房間有私湯是天然的温泉水 還有幾個公共的温泉也很方便 衹針對酒店住客的 所以很乾凈人也不多
環境：每個季節的美都不一樣 是在山上的酒店 很安靜 徽派的建築 園林設計也是一級棒 會有很多小松鼠
服務：很專業的服務 是有大品牌的樣子 很感謝前台小姐姐送的很多禮物還有很貼心的照料 泡湯的阿姨也很細心會提醒你少泡一會慢慢泡 總之很滿意的一次體驗

酒店很棒！環境很好！温泉也特別棒！就是第一晚上走廊感應燈壞掉了，沒休息好！第二天跟酒店反應之後，馬上安排人來處理了！ Cassie Yang 特地為我們申請了火山泥 SPA，因為沒休息好帶來的煩躁一下子變成驚喜了！説明酒店的企業文化做的不錯！就是退房的時候沒有禮賓幫忙提行李，感覺不是很好！都向Cassie Yang 學習一下如何才是真正的為客人着想就更好了
總體來説，值得入住！性價比超高！👍

這是我迄今住過客房數量最小的，但是是體驗到的服務最貼心的悦榕莊！！管家小吳在我們入住之前就貼心的準備了騰沖旅遊推薦路線和小寶貝的洗漱用品，並在我們入住的幾晚提供了很多幫助。酒店的温泉也很棒，提供了公共温泉和房內的私湯，都很不錯，很推薦。

這是我住過最小的悦榕莊，但卻是騰沖此行中最大的亮點（在騰沖逛了兩天，最後發現悦榕莊真的很美很舒服）酒店坐落在幽靜自在風景宜人的瑪御谷温泉小鎮，雖然小但不事張揚簡潔大氣，門口經常停滿車估計都是來泡温泉的。説到這個，得説一聲酒店房間自帶的私湯太舒服了，白天不想出去可以在陽光的沐浴下泡着私湯，很愜意。之所以拍了一堆照片評價是因為來之前被點評的很多渣圖嚇到了😟感謝Amy熱情周到的服務，下次來騰沖悦榕莊依然是首選～
