這個客棧是由總兵府改建的，古香古色的，是柏聯旗下的客棧，位置就在和順小巷裡麪。這個位置簡直太好了，出門就是遊船碼頭和電瓶車上車點，緊鄰酒吧街，樓下就是比頓咖啡，房間裏也有一股好聞的咖啡味，站在陽台上就可以看到陷湖的荷花和湖中小島上的白鷺。四通八達，距離各條巷子、野鴨湖都不遠，和順圖書館、雙虹橋近在咫尺，性價比很高。早餐有餌絲，水煮蛋和油條，味道還不錯，管飽，推薦！

位置很好，古鎮的酒店都不隔音，因為木頭房子嘎吱嘎吱。隔壁大叔的呼嚕震天響，能把我吵醒。早餐在員工食堂，見圖九，要走一截並且真心難吃，建議以後不用提供早餐體驗會好一些。打掃衞生的阿姨非常熱情，人很好。暑假古鎮有表演，就在酒店周圍，很近。

沒有電視的房間，員工食堂的二選一早餐，搖搖晃晃的床，半夜突然被從外面打開房門的感受也是沒誰了，房間裏黑的感覺視力都下降了，實在不值得再吐槽什麼了，除了位置真是好不用拖行李進古鎮深處，另外還送了門票不錯

若不是度假，衹是騰沖旅遊應該是不錯的地方，早餐在職工食堂，選擇種類雖然不多，但服務人員誠懇認真。離和順古鎮大門最近的酒店，離店省了拉行李走很多路的麻煩。還贈送了和順古鎮門票。我們共住4晚，中間隔一天，不用接機了，問能否改成送機，答不可以。不明白為什麼衹接機不送機。服務員態度也算挺好，衹是到退房我都不知道他們服務枱電話，有一天回去晚了，大門已鎖，打電話也不接，好在還趕在後門馬上上鎖前進去了

有個不愛説話的服務員很不錯實在，房間黑黢黢的還沒電視太坑了，除夕沒電視😭不推薦不如去住民宿，優點挨着麥當勞不怕沒飯吃，也不貴，缺點晚上太嚇人，沒電視
