The hotel overall is okay. The location is good. It is located in a beautiful building. The breakfast is delicious. The environment is quiet and there are few people. Disadvantages: I had paid the entire amount in advance when booking with Ctrip. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to pay again with my credit card. After I reminded the staff repeatedly, they found the payment record and processed the refund. Currently, the credit card has not been refunded. Continuing to pay attention and there is no apology from the front desk, which is a bit disappointing The hotel facilities are a bit shabby. There are better and more value-for-money options in Tel Aviv at the same price.

Very disappointed we being in the hotel yesterday the service was very bad the room was not clean the shower was broken.we been with the group from American Express . The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and very tasty The lecture of wine was great

Stayed in a suite at the Elkonin which was anything but quiet. It was right above the indoor bar/restaurant and would be noisy until midnight. The suite was clean, but a little sub standard for the MGallery category as others mentioned (disclaimer: I am a Diamond member). Being there on a business trip, our team chose the property because of the early breakfast (listed at 7AM). Turns out it only starts at 7:30AM. We were sadly not offered other options. Too bad.

A petit boutique Hotel in a nice neighborhood of Tel Aviv. Fantastic personal, a really nice breakfast and a super nice spa by Clarins in the hotel.

Not on par with what you would expect from a luxury boutique hotel, and a major miss for Accor. This property is simply not aligned with their usual standard. I had a plumbing issue in the room, and they showed no interest in getting it resolved. The room had cheap finishes, the closets did not close properly, and the window curtains were only partially functional. There are many boutique hotels in the neighborhood to choose from. This one was about 40% percent more expensive than the others, and for no convincing reason. Maybe the premium is because it is kosher, which I do not particularly care about.

The accessible room, especially the bathroom, gave a feeling of a hospital (more than experienced in other hotels, not at all visible in the pictures). After much discussion, I was able to get another room (extra pay). This one was nicer but finishes of the furniture were poor. Great l

So we celebrated a 30th birthday at the hotel — an amazing place right in the heart of Tel Aviv, in a perfect location! Personal and pleasant service, a beautiful hotel with incredible history, and a rich, indulgent breakfast. The restaurant was lively and full of people, and I heard it’s excellent (we didn’t get a chance to try it). Right outside the hotel is Alexander Patisserie — absolutely amazing. The pool offers a stunning view. The spa is relaxing with excellent service. A true French atmosphere in the heart of Tel Aviv.
