Book this for my friend. They said hotel is good and near to many places for makan and enjoy. Can come again.

I booked the family room and it is wide. The location of the hotel is good because there are many eateries around the hotel beside it is close to the Woodlands Checkpoint. The room is clean and there is a water dispenser in the lobby.

Cleanliness can’t expect much and also service wise not that bad. Booked for 1 night just to rest for the night. Overall it’s worth the price for just 1 night.

Return stay, great location. My go to hotel by far as it is near to the places I want to go.

Good WiFi strength, good location and good air conditioning

Very good location at Tebrau area. A lot of eateries across the street. Parking ok have security too. Not too far from the famous tim sum place.

Booked this hotel for a short trip with my family to jb. The room was very clean and nice. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever booked. The mattress was on a raised platform instead of a normal bed frame which made it unique. The view from the room was quite nice too. Couldn't figure out how the TV work so didn't use it. Check in and check out was smooth and parking there was plenty. U need to download the mbjb spot app and reload rm20 min to park tho... Near to IKEA, toppen, aeon, lotus and many eateries around. The only drawback was my room was facing the back lane and I dunno whether there was a shop which opened till 1-2am and either patrons or staff standing and hangout out in the back lane talking loudly until 1-2am which made sleeping difficult. After they closed only the noise disappeared. There were Overall I enjoyed my overnight stay here and would definitely book again. The price is very reasonable.

Location was good! Opposite got a lot of food choices. Room is small and simple. Not sound proof so abit noisy, can heard next door talking

Service at front desk was pretty good, friendly and always with a smile. Room size is great for a family of 3.

Overall is OK.. Shower room got no hand shower head is not convenient to shower without washing head.

The room is clean-ish relative to the price. It's slightly uncomfortable with old pillows and sheets, but still okay. They did not have a system that allowed us to indicate whether we wanted room service or not so that's a little invasive. Otherwise, okay for the price.

Very affordable, paid like S$25 for 2pax only. Mostly clean except floor, can't be barefooted. Provide toothbrushes, toothpastes, shampoo, shower gel, hot water, towels, hangers and slippers. Door a bit too near to toilet bowl, just be careful. TV remote will have instructions but buttons behind the TV are hidden, so still need call crew for help. Hair dryer will be provided, but upon request at counter/call service. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay, recommended to those who want to have easier access to Aeon mall in tebrau city.

1. Door cannot open have to ask FD to assist, then have sound at night. 2. I think the blanket is set with cover, but when my family stay; blanket is blanket cover is cover it's separately already, or is a hole(?) 3. Already req for a quiet room but still facing road side, understand req is depends on availability but at night cannot sleep due to road side noisy. 4. When make up the room didn't top up any coffee set. RA should replace everday
