The most rubbish apartment I've ever lived in. I don't know why it's rated so high! ! There's a busy street downstairs, and the music is playing all night long, which will make you unable to sleep! When I read the reviews when booking the room, no one mentioned this at all. It's amazing! This apartment has no front desk and no staff. There is only a registration desk at the entrance downstairs. When a guest arrives, the guy from the next door helps to contact the staff to check in, and then he leaves. You can't find the staff if you have something! ! ! Then there is no elevator, only a narrow spiral staircase, and it's tiring to carry luggage up and down! No wonder there are no pictures of the hotel facade and public areas (I forgot to take them). There are no stools in the room, and girls can't put on makeup at all. There is no table in the middle. The bed is 1.5 meters and the quilt is 1.4 meters. What kind of operation is this! ! ! The water heater is right at the head of the bed. It's very noisy when used, and it's also a big safety hazard! ! The toilet can't flush! ! The shower is broken, and the water sprays everywhere! ! We arrived after 12 am, and we initially planned to endure it for one night and find another hotel the next day! But the more I looked at the problems, the more I found. I couldn't stay there at all. I immediately went downstairs to find the guy next door and contacted the staff to check out and find another hotel. Then I sent all the pictures and videos to Ctrip to help with the refund. The apartment even argued that they checked the toilet and shower and there was no problem. What a big liar! ! Finally refused to refund! ! We booked 5 nights. When booking the room, they said that we could refund for free before 12 o'clock on the same day! ! I suddenly had no feelings for Istanbul people. They were very dishonest! ! You don't admit your own problems, but you didn't stay at all for the next 4 days, and refused to refund according to the agreement. Booking this apartment will only bring you nightmares! ! Ctrip communicated with the apartment for a long time, but to no avail. In the end, the company chose to bear the full compensation. Thank you Ctrip for compensating our losses! I hope everyone will avoid this hotel! In addition, you can consider Taksim or Osbeyman for accommodation. There are many better options, just one or two subway stations away.

The room is the same as the picture, OK. Although there were many unpleasant things when checking in, I care that the room is the same and OK. The location is also quite convenient.

The room was very cold, the heater was not working, they told me to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn't work either, so I tried to warm up the room with a small heater.

I checked in at around 2 pm, but the room had not been cleaned yet, and the promised fruit was not available. Transportation and nearby attractions are OK. The lack of an elevator is a big problem... The stairs are spiral... It is not very convenient to carry luggage up and down.

They mixed up the numbers, put me in a worse one, I fought to get my number the next day, they didn't recalculate, I waited until the evening the next day for them to change the number, I lost a day because of this. No compensation for the inconvenience, check-out at 11. The service and customer focus leaves much to be desired. If I had the opportunity, I would have returned the money.
