Hotel location is good, service is also good.

Highly recommended if you are visiting the old town ~ The location is very central ~ It is recommended to book a room with a terrace. It is very comfortable to eat the takeaway you ordered in the evening on the terrace! I stayed here for three nights and met four or five service staff who were very friendly. I recommend everyone to choose this place.

Excellent small hotel near Avlabari metro station, super friendly staff. There was a slight hitch with the early check-in (the bill was already issued after check-in), but the hotel resolved the issue in our favor without charging a penny. I advise you to clarify this issue “on shore” so that everyone does not feel awkward. The hotel and staff are a solid 10 out of 10! The breakfasts are delicious, they even differ in some variety, it’s not the same thing every day, which is rare! I wish the hotel good luck!

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright. The service attitude is good.

Отель заслуживает свои 4*. Номер достаточно просторный, есть стол для работы и электрочайник с чашками и постоянно пополняемым комплектом пакетиков с чаем. Также в номере были бесплатные тапочки, мыло и шампуни-гели. В ванной комнате в наличии фен, полотенца (включая полотенце для ног). Вызвало восхищение и уважение то, как продуманно подобрана мебель: вместо закрытых шкафов и тумбочек - просматриваемые насквозь открытая вешалка для одежды и тумбочки без дверок и ящиков. Ничего не забудешь и не потеряешь при сборах чемоданов. Вешалка длиной более 2 метров с полками для сумок и чемоданов, там же есть сейф. Единственный минус - холодильник с компрессором (довольно шумная вещь по ночам), но мы им не пользовались, поэтому стоял выключенный. Отель находится в тихом месте, на тупиковых улочках, по которым не ездят лишние машины, при этом до района бань и старого города пешком 10-15 минут, до автобусной остановки - 2 мин, до станции метро Авлабари - 5 мин. Завтраки в отеле вкусные, сытные и разнообразные, можно даже попросить приготовить что-то нестандартное. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь, все говорят на русском и на английском.

The location is perfect near old Tbilisi.. Very helpful and friendly staff..😍😍 I had my daughter birthday... and they help me to arrang a surprise for her... Thanks for making it unforgetable day..

Very good silent hotel, best for families and located in Old Tbilisi. Easy to walk around and best for people whom are 1st time in Tbilisi , everything including the cable car is on walkable distance

Tuta was amazing Thanks to Alex and the team, made our stay very welcoming and was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and turndown service was spot on. Breakfast options was great as it catered for my little girls also. The team helped us with our itnery of places to visit and recommend nice restaurants to eat in.Location was great as it is walking distance to some of the main attractions. This is the best hotel in town and Muslim friendly as you can rarely find shataf in town. Very clean and owner is so friendly and he helped us go around the main touristic sites. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are coming with family or friends or even for business purposes.

Very good hotel with a very good stuff. Amazing man mr.amiran his kind. Quiet and beautiful hotel that gives you everything you want. I like it and will always choose it when I visit Tbilisi for sure 👍🏻👍🏻
