Beautiful hotel with some of the nicest employees I've ever seen! They really know how to make your stay special. Smiling people very helpful and attentive to details. Very friendly atmosphere. A place where you want always be!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. Extremely friendly staff, modern design, accomodations are incredible, quiet place. I would come back anytime.

Location is literally few steps away from important sites. Essential needs can be bought just right next door. The building and location is clean and clutterless. Liberty square just right around the corner. Staff is very accommodating. Front desk and lobby are elegantly arranged. Most importantly, inside the apartment is clean with complete kitchen equipment. Bathroom is fairly new and clean. Bed linens, pillows, and towels are odorless (I find these smelly in other hotels), these are the first things I check when I enter the room. I'm very thankful that I found this place. I highly recommend it!

New and very clean hotel. 2 minutes walk to trinity church and 10 to the center city. Near hotel was cool caffe with great coffee and breakfast. I like this hotel so mush

I attended a weekend event here and it was one of the best locations/hotels we've stayed at. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The food in breakfast and terrace was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I lived here for almost one years and it was the most incredible experience. I only moved to go to law school, but if and when I return to Tbilisi, this will be the first place I look for an apartment. The building is located in one of the best areas in Tbilisi and is perfectly situated between the Avlabari and Rustaveli metro stations. The upgrades and the construction of the building are hard to beat and make living here very comfortable. Besides the building itself, you will not find a better team of people to operate an apartment building. Staff was amazing to work with in the front desk from the day I signed the papers to move in from the moment I sadly delivered the news I was moving. Also, you will not find an apartment with a terrace than the one at Orden Apartments. I highly recommend living here.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! My wife and I decided to stay at this property for a short babymoon. Here are the things that make this hotel special and world class: Checkin: They were able to accommodate an early checkin for us since we only had a short time to explore Tbilisi and our flight landed in the morning. As soon as we entered the property and gave them our name the entire staff knew about our babymoon celebration and made us feel very welcomed. It was quick and easy to get our room keys. We were personally escorted to the elevator by the front desk staff. Accommodation: our room was on the 4 floor - the room itself was clean, modern. Location: the location is very convenient, we are in close proximity to some of the biggest attractions in Tbilisi I.e. Presidential Palace, Sameba Cathedral and Metekhi Church. Staff: this is a world class staff that cares about guests in a way that very few hotels do. They go above and beyond for in their jobs and make your stay feel special and worth every penny. Cost: the rates are definitely on the high end, but you get what you paid for! One of the best hotel experiences of my life, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special experience!

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, very clean, modern, and quite comfortable. The hotel staff was amazing! We were upgraded to a corner room that had a lovely sitting room, a bathroom, and a sofa. The view from the suite on the 4 floor was fantastic. The hotel staff really made our visit memorable. Everyone was so cheerful, welcoming, and professional. Vladimir greeted us warmly and stored our luggage as we arrived very early. At the front desk arranged for an earlier-than-expected check-in at 13:00. Daniela and Vladimir at the front desk always greeted us personally and asked us how our day was going when we entered and left the hotel. Special thanks to Vladimir for arranging the fabulous upgrade. It made our visit so very special. This hotel will be our "go-to hotel" for all of our future trips to Tbilisi!
