I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

The hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a central area, close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer. Additionally, the hotel's rates were very budget-friendly. Compared to other accommodations in the area, it was a steal. I appreciated the affordability, especially considering the high prices of hotels in this popular tourist destination.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

Good value for money, the double bed room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the city center and the check-in area. It can be reached on foot, but it is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle and is directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour charges at this hotel are relatively high, 50 to 100 lari more expensive than going directly to a travel agency. You can make a comparison before choosing.

The single room is small but comfortable. There is everything necessary. Everywhere cleanliness, towels change every day as they clean up. Staff is very friendly, they suggest, gave a card on the funky in Mtsasmindu. Breakfasts are abundant and delicious, thank the cook and her team! All rooms with balconies, there's a chair, a table and a ashtray, very convenient! One wish: shoes and coat in the room. And so everything is super! Yes, and is on a hill, the elderly will not be quite comfortable to walk up.

Everything liked, ONLY RECOMMENDED, but now in order: Hotel location: Located in the old part of the city at the foot of Mount Mtacminda. To the Freedom Square, from which all tourist routes start, 1.2 km. Down is easy, but it is already hard to get up. And if Georgian wine is still loaded, it is almost impossible. But this problem is solved. Taks ride is quite cheap. There is a small shop in the 50 meters nearby. Metrics in the 150 are already quite a large grocery store. From the hotel on urban buses with route numbers 124 and 90 for 50 tetra per person you can reach the Mtacminda Park. The hotel was located by representatives of different countries. Germany, Russia, France, etc. Location: Booked 4 local rooms. The room is normal, clean, the place is quite enough. The bed linen is cleaned daily and changed with towels (thank the cleaner for your discretion). Mini – bar is not available, but there is a refrigerator. You can form the bar at your discretion. The bathroom was a large jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. The curtains are not blackout, but are quite dense and well absorbed sunlight. Territory around the hotel: It just doesn't exist. In the old part of the city there is no free land, so there is a small parking in front of the hotel along the street at 3, a maximum of 4 cars. Hotel: Modernizated room of the hostel. But everything is done well. Those who do not claim to be individual, should like me. Price and quality correspond to the declared stars. Food: Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. No one will remain hungry. There is no such diversity, but everything is quite convenient. Especially since in Tbilisi eating is not a problem at all. Hotel staff: Excellent sensitive people. Communication with them is not a hard thing. Everything will tell, show, tell in Russian. Want to speak English - everything will be explained in English. Wi-Fi: A stable constant powerful signal. Login and password will give to the resepshn. Deficiencies: A person in a wheelchair will not be able to climb to the second or third floor, as there is no suitable elevator. And this is perhaps the only shortcoming. Result: will be the desire – to go again

First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.
