We really enjoyed the property. Large and clean rooms; great location; nice view and dining options. And especially the polite; helpful and professional staff. From the front desk to the parking and luggage attendants to the housekeeping team everyone was fantastic. Will definitely return when in Taxco...Thanks so much..!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Taxco. We have been coming to Taxco for close to 20 years and this is the first time we stayed here. It won't be the last as we loved everything about this place.

It was a great stay very helpful when I booked wrong night. When we arrived they changed our night and were very nice about the adjustment.

Very convenient location to the center of town.
There is a fairly well stocked Oxxo convenient store within a half block of the hotel.
Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel has an Italian restaurant with an extensive menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The only shortcoming is that there was not elevator.
