Nice staff, good facilities

Second time here. We’re very satisfied.

Bed and linens were very good. Bathroom had only a light that included a fan that was annoying. Lighting in the room was too dark need more light options. Breakfast was good. Could not get a paper copy of the bill - they said because it was booked with *******. Stay was overpriced compared to other lodging nearby.

The hotel is very nice. Watch your credit card statement because they have forgot to stop their $100 hold and it may end up a charge on the card

Room was clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning cooled the room down nice. Room service was excellent.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay. When we arrived, it looked decent from outside. The outside and lobby look and smell clean. The staff was pretty friendly. But when I got to my room I was a little disappointed because before I booked, I did read the reviews and they weren’t bad. The room smelled old and moldy. The bathroom wall clearly had mold too. Since we were only staying one night and I had brought a pillow and some blankets for the road trip, we slept on that. Definitely will not be staying here anymore.

Very nice accommodations. Great breakfast. Quick check-in. Didn't like the noisy fan in bathroom and lots if trouble with the tv remote.

Spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my children. It was great having breakfast and so many options to choose from convenient laundry service right there if needed it little ones things happen super comfort family fun loved it.

This hotel is located in a convenient area near downtown Travares and Mount Dora. The breakfast was delicious and love the variety. The only suggestion for breakfast is to make the decaf coffee stronger. The room was comfortable and cozy. The whole hotel was clean and safe. Parking was located near the entrance. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Excellent location, check-In and check-out process very easy and smooth. Clean. Breakfast was awesome and the serve ladies very kind and friendly! We definitely will stay again... soon!
