Foi tudo ótimo. O Marcelo nos atendeu prontamente, teve algum problema com a reserva mas logo ele conseguiu resolver. Não temos o que que pontuar de ruim, foi tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente com pães e frutas frescas.

Cheap but disappointing. Room in need of repair, damaged bedside lamps, torn bedsheets & stained floors. Otherwise, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower was excellent! Cheap shouldn’t mean lower standards..

Já estivemos no Baobá antes de ser da rede Carlton e na época já gostamos do hotel. Achamos que melhorou ainda mais a experiência. Ressaltamos: localização, estacionamento gratuito, café da manhã super completo, quarto confortável, área da piscina boa e funcionários atenciosos.

La struttura sarebbe anche discreta, ma il personale è poco attento alle esigenze. Solo poche persone parlano inglese. Per ordinare al bar ed essere serviti ci abbiamo messo sempre un sacco di tempo. Cosa peggiore, sei qui per lavoro, la domenica resti in albergo, ma il bar è chiuso. Piatti dei pranzi lasciati sui tavoli con i tovaglioli che venivano portati in giro dal vento. Il lavandino in camera ancora sporco del dentifricio del cliente precedente. Si potrebbe fare molto meglio con poco. Lo sconsiglio.

O hotel passou por uma reforma nas áreas comuns e ficou bem melhor. O quarto estava limpo, só precisam se atentar ao barulho no corredor, no térreo. Um isolamento acústico nas portas ajudaria bastante. O café da manhã está com variedade e bem servido. Os funcionários são atenciosos.

Horrível. As torneiras do banheiro não saiam água. Perguntei se era possível late check out e de início responderam que poderia ser feito. Logo depois me ligam informando que não seria possível porque todos os quartos estavam reservados. Achei muito estranho porque o hotel estava vazio. Entrei no aplicativo do booking onde fiz a reserva inicial e para minha surpresa havia várias opções de quartos. Na saída do hotel, na hora do check out, questionei o funcionário que havia várias opções no aplicativo e esse, com orientação, provavelmente de superiores, falou que era erro do app. Fiquei muito irritado com a resposta e ameacei fazer uma reserva pelo app. . Absurdo o hotel ter mentido a respeito. Sem necessidade,era só informar, de início que não seria possível. E ainda acusando o app. Horrível!!!
