Hotels with Airport pickup service in Tatsugo

I made the reservation more than two months ago and was looking forward to going with my wife, who is working away from home, but the night before we left, she had a fever. Then, on the morning of the day, her fever did not go down, but rather went up, so we reluctantly gave up on the departure. When I was examined at the hospital in the morning, I was diagnosed with influenza positive and was told to stay at home for five days. In response to this situation, I called the hotel twice, once early in the morning and once immediately after the diagnosis, but they said, ”Since it is a cancellation on the day, the cancellation fee will be 100%. Please cancel the cancellation procedure yourself.” If you contract influenza, for example, airlines do not charge a cancellation fee if you submit a medical certificate, but this hotel does not take this into consideration, so I will share it with you. We will go to Amami Oshima again, but not to this hotel. After all, I have a strong resistance to paying 100% of the accommodation fee due to the circumstances of this time, even though I did not receive any service. It is a shame because the staff who dealt with us on the phone were polite. Hotels are a service industry, and I believe they exist to make customers happy, so I hope that they will not only prioritize the convenience of the hotel, but also take into consideration the convenience of customers who would like to go but cannot.

Hotel Caretta was an excellent choice. Nearby to the airport and located next to the beach. Room was spacious, clean and hotel had nice amenities. WiFi was good, water clean, Staff very friendly. The hotel had bicycles available for guest use. There was a dive resort next door for those whom wanted to explore the ocean. The hotel had an on site restaurant that had great food (breakfast and dinner) and there were nearby izakayas for those whom wanted to try local places. Great time and would love to return. The staff 々 was very easy to talk to, and they were very careful, so I was able to spend a pleasant time. The room was clean and large enough and easy to use. The corner location was great at the pass and I stayed at the Superior of １ F, but it was less than 20m from the room to the beach, so you can easily go to the sea with sandals directly. Since it is a bay, it is a very calm, transparent and beautiful sea, sometimes not directly facing the open ocean. I think it's a good place to spend a leisurely １ day without doing anything. When I said the hotel from Akaogi to Kurasaki coast to the locals, it seemed to be so popular that everyone was told ”Is it a net sea?” The meal was mainly local dishes and there were many rare things, but everyone was easy to eat and the taste was very good. Also, you can choose Japanese food and Italian food, and you can change the color 々 every day, so you won't get tired. The restaurant is located in the main building, about 500m away, including the slope, but you can pick up and drop off. The main building where the restaurant is located is on a hill and you can enjoy your meal while admiring the wonderful sea view. It takes １ time and １ time and half by car to the mangrove area and Kojinya, but if you ask, you can prepare lunch in the morning, so you can rest assured even if you want to go out early in the morning. I think it is a hotel that can be recommended.

　10月に期限切れ間近のマイレージを使って初めて奄美大島へ行った際、以前から気になっていたこちらの宿に宿泊しました。 　少々行き難く静かな場所ですが、空港でレンタカーを借りて20分ほどで到着し、コロナ渦もあって久々の海でしたので、南の島で波音を聴くだけで気分が上がりました。 　チェックインからダイニングの高台からの海と山の眺めに癒され、ウェルカムドリンクの後、カートでヴィラに案内されます。部屋はヒルサイドヴィラですが、手前のヴィラとの高低差のお陰で海と山は見えました。部屋はシンプルですが新しく十分な広さがあり、アメニティやコーヒーメーカー、空気清浄機等も揃っていて、居心地が良かったです。アウトドアバスは一度使いましたが、基本は部屋のシャワー・バスを使ったので、オーシャンヴィラならば違ったのかもしれませんが、個人的には部屋選びに際はあまり気にしなくていいかもしれません。あと、海外のリゾートホテルのように、トイレと洗面所とシャワー・バスが繋がっていて扉もないので、トイレは別室の方が使い勝手がいいかと思いました。 　食事はダイニングで頂きますが、夜は奄美や鹿児島の色々な食材を使った創作料理のコースで、連泊しましたが前菜から魚・肉のメイン、ご飯ものまで全く異なる凝ったメニューを頂けて楽しめました。焼酎も様々な銘柄を取り揃えていて食事に合わせてサーブ頂けます。朝食は和食と洋食を選べますが、ホットサンドもお粥も美味しかったです。ダイニングやレセプションのスタッフの方々はみなさん笑顔で、丁度良い距離感のサービス・会話でしたので、好感が持てました。 　部屋から少し下ればプライベートビーチがあり、魚はあまり泳いでいませんが、すぐに透明感抜群の海で泳げますし、夕方の満潮時はビーチが半分以上海に埋もれてしまいますが、早朝の日の出の時間帯のビーチからの眺めはキレイです。部屋からダイニングまでの道のりは少々距離・高低差がありますが、木々や植物が色々観れて楽しめます。稀に激しいスコールに見舞われるのは要注意ですが・・・。また周囲にほぼお店がないので、車がないと昼食・間食も含め宿での注文となります。車があれば、島人マートのスパムおにぎりとラフォンテのジェラードがお勧めです。 　初めて奄美を訪れましたが、沖縄ほど観光地化していない分、素朴な雰囲気があり、是非再訪したいです。こちらは奄美の中では高級な宿泊代金となりますが、食事が期待以上で部屋・眺望・サービスとも非常に満足できる滞在となりましたので、奄美再訪の際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。
