Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

Хочется сказать самые тёплые слова благодарности этому отелю ” Krokus Plaza ”. Высокого европейского уровня отель, сама я проживаю в Европе: Испания, Германия, Чехия. И приехала сюда впервые, но была приятно удивлена обстановкой, номерами, рестораном со шведским завтраком, финской сауной и турецкой, которую можно заказыть в любое время и, конечно, что самое потрясающее- это персонал, который настолько искренне с уважением и с почитанием относится ко всем посетителям, предугадывает любое желание гостя, что я просто поражена!! Suggestions: It would be great if the odor in the bathroom sewer could be solved. It would be perfect if there was a Chinese breakfast. The hotel is in a residential area, quiet and safe, but a little off the beaten track. You have to walk a long way to go shopping and find food, but takeout can be delivered.

Современный, чистый и уютный отель в центре Ташкента, приветливый персонал, удобная парковка. На 12 этаже находится отличный ресторан с хорошей кухней и прекрасным видом на город. Рекомендую попробовать гребешки, пасту, карпачо из телятины, а также фирменные коктейли.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. This is the third time I have come to Uzbekistan to stay at the Silk Road Hotel. I think the first time I came here was when I was forced to recommend it to a fellow traveler at the airport. Since then, it has become the base of our company. The hotel has a lot of business, including visas, car rentals, translations, business inspections, and train ticket purchases. The electronic visas processed at the hotel are cheaper than those in other places. It is also very reassuring to rent a car, and the car pick-up and return are all in the hotel. They are all ready to see the car at any time, and there is no need to worry about the car being sublet, and there is no problem that cannot be explained. The Chinese food in the hotel is delicious, especially the twice-cooked pork, sweet and sour pork tenderloin, dry pot cauliflower, big plate chicken, and shredded potatoes, which are never boring. There is also the fried meat with carrots for breakfast, which is delicious and nutritious. I like it very much. I can't make it taste the same when I try to make it myself. The hotel owner is very thoughtful. It can be seen that the owner is really dedicated to running the hotel. There is a form at the front desk of the hotel, which contains the Russian addresses of major building materials markets, ceramic markets, and wholesale markets (after I asked her, she thought that other guests might need it, so she summarized the addresses and printed them out at the front desk). It is really thoughtful. The hotel is in an unbeatable location, next to the subway station and bus station. Because it is opposite the central railway station, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool. Our leader likes to swim every time he comes, and I will accompany him to swim for a while.

The room is spacious, the bed and bedding are of high quality, and the decoration style is very similar to European and American budget hotels. It's just that the surrounding area is a little more remote and there are fewer restaurants and shops.

The receptionists left a lasting impression on us. Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

We stayed at the hotel from 02.01 to 08.01, the hotel is good, clean, the breakfast is delicious. But there were problems with the pool. At first they said that it was being repaired and would open on January 3rd. On this day, it turned out that a check had arrived and the pool would be opened at lunchtime. But at lunchtime it turned out that the MANAGERS of the hotel were RESTING there and we were not allowed to go there. Apparently the principle of the hotel ”first the staff, then the customers.” They received nothing but an apology. And very sorry.
