We really enjoyed our stay at the medinatown. The people that worked there were incredible nice and the room was very clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was also really nice.

A beautiful and cozy hotel in a convenient location, not far from both the city center and the airport. The breakfasts were delicious, the room was very clean, the interior was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful with everything; we bought a watermelon and a melon for our room ourselves, and they beautifully sliced and served them to us without any problem. Overall, we were just passing through for a couple of days, but we were very satisfied with the hotel. We would 100% stay there again in the future and would recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

Good day! We booked an upgraded room at this so-called 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioner was blowing warm air. They offered us other rooms, but they all had the same problem! All the staff collectively tried to explain that this was 'normal'! In the end, we sat in a scorching room, 33 degrees Celsius, until a technician came and fixed the issue! You'd think everything would be fine then, but unfortunately, at 9:30 PM, the power went out at the hotel. A hotel that should have a backup generator didn't, and once again, we sat in the heat until 1:30 AM. The hotel refuses to offer any compensation, and no one even bothered to apologize for the incident! I do not recommend this hotel; with such an approach to guests, it barely deserves 3 stars. For breakfast, they serve porridge and fried eggs; there's no buffet.
