The beautiful location is good for calming the heart & mind, the service is very friendly for all staff, the cleanliness of the hotel area & rooms is really good, the facilities are also top complete. A little advice for the pool bath shower water which doesn't turn on for hot water, the children's pool slide is also annoying and doesn't slide smoothly, hopefully it will be fixed. Thank You

It was our first visit to Garut and we had no plan of going back there before. But the hotel & the staff made us think that we just had to visit the hotel again. It was one of the best experiences we ever had. Of course, cleanliness could and shall be improved but in no way did it undermine all other aspects. The hotel is a perfect place for a getaway, detoxing from all the concrete jungle and work environment.
