Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel per mancanza di eticità ed integrità . Ho fissato pagando anticipatamente prima 15 minuti, tramite booking. Arrivata in hotel, facendomi accompagnare, il ragazzo della receptions mi ha detto che non c’era posto e che aveva inviato l’e-mail , MAI ricevuta ! Alla richiesta del rimborso dei soldi hanno rifiutato !!! Dicendo che loro non potevano restituire i soldi!! Ho passato la pratica al mio legale e tuttora ne loro ne Booking mi hanno dato risposta tantomeno i miei soldi !! E ho dovuto pagare un’altro hotel per quella notte!!! Quindi hanno preso dei soldi senza dare il servizio !!

Non c'è parcheggio e l'addetto alla reception non conserva le prenotazioni effettuate telefonicamente. Non soggiornate qui senza aver effettuato la prenotazione tramite Internet. Le chiamate all'hotel non garantiscono che la stanza sarà tua.

Déception pur un hôtel dit de charme. Accès de l'hôtel assez compliqué. Il vaut mieux une petite voiture. Parking payant 15€ /j. De plus l'impression de rentrer dans une ZTL.... A priori pour les bus. Accueil agréable. Personnel sympathique. Par contre la chambre avait la porte de la salle de bain/ toilette cassée. Au petit déjeuner il a fallu demander pour avoir du us de fruits. De même pour un café. Dommage

Hotel au calme, très bien situé dans le centre historique de Tarente. Très confortable, déco et ambiance "museum" avec des vestiges millénaires dans le sous-sol et une terrasse dominant toute la ville. Personnel accueillant et dévoué, breakfast copieux et excellent. Parking payant très compliqué.

E' un hotel 4 stelle, sito nel desolato centro storico di Taranto. Desolato perché è tutto abbandonato, un'abitazione aperta ogni 10 !! L'albergo è bello, e il personale è gentilissimo, tutti !! La colazione, avendo l'albergo solo 14 camere, è chiaro che non può essere di solo ingredienti freschi, come torte appena appena fatte ecc, infatti a parte i cornetti, tutto il resto sono merendine di marca imbustate , persino il succo di frutta è in versione monodose !!! Che dire, un'applauso al personale, peccato per il quasi totale abbandono del luogo.

Hotel confortevole nel pieno centro storico e pochi passi dal mare e dalle principali attrazioni. Ottimo servizio. Gentilezza. Camere ben pulite e possibilità di parcheggio nell’immediata vicinanza. Ascensore e bar funzionante tutto il Giorno.
