The reception desk staff cannot process foreigner's travel documents in the situation where the foreigner already showed all of the travel documents and need to called related person using their own personal smart phone, even personaly went to the room accompanied by security guard. This kind of services are not qualified as one of hotel that could receive foreigner, the hotel side also need to ask which institute and people responsible on inviting the related person, what is this? Some interrogation demanded by the Public Security Bureau or some kind of trick on discovering of the purpose someone visiting Tangshan, this is unbelievable.

房間就不評論了，一分價錢一分貨，看預訂分兩部分，一個是無早餐價格，一個是加部分費用含早餐，想着酒店吃早餐不浪費時間，就加錢定了含早餐的房間，早上八點十分到酒店餐廳，寥寥幾個菜和粥的早餐，就已經全部是盤底都光了！問服務員居然説早到有晚到無就這樣，真是第一次遇到這樣的事情！既然收費提供早餐，就應該按需提供，要不就不要提供，雖然早餐費用不多，但是也有被忽悠感覺！

位置還挺好找的，就在主幹道邊上，有地下停車場，可以免費停車。這家酒店很多年前住過，印象還挺好的。但沒想到時隔多年以後差很多……裏面幾乎沒有更新，整體設施比較老舊，有的房間空調不太製冷，有的房間裏面牆壁有發黴的情況，有的是房間的木裝飾有發黴的情況，有的是浴室的浴簾有發黴的情況，總之衞生情況一言難盡。到房間看了一下，確實有點難以接受，但準備退房時沒想到攜程居然退不了。我跟前台説退房都可以退，但攜程的平台居然不能退？也不是很清楚這是個什麼機制……

設施：第二次來唐山，也是第二次住這家酒店，因為每次都是家裡組團出來，酒店有家庭房，全家在一起很開心，很方便
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，也是替顧客考慮很多，提供更多的方便
