Very good hotel value for money, good service and excellent beach. It is also renovated for a more comfortable stay. The gym is well equipped and new!

This property was nice and employees were almost all nice. We didn’t like the fact that we could not lower air conditioning below 70F too hot to sleep. We also had an incident with the restaurant were an employee was upset we didn’t order drinks and made a comment to the other employee. He then told us we couldn’t have free water we had to buy bottle water. That was a bit ridiculous but after we complained they gave us free water from the regular jar like they had been doing the whole time.

The property is inconsistent with its upkeep. Pool area without towels, limited towels in the rooms that are fraying and old, our personal room pool (that we paid extra for) was very dirty with a broken filter (open hole!). They force you to use their “cabs” which cost so much more. You are way high on a hill and so to get a real cab you need to walk down the hill. 500 pesos verses 300 pesos is one example! The rooms were made with cups removed and not replaced, gym without towels and no paper cups for water. A “faux” Starbucks that serves expensive and awful drinks. Weak. DO NOT ORDER A MATCH. It tasted like warm milk. Awful. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. Many great hotels in the area. Stay away.

The renovations make this gem of a resort a must try. Excellent service, amazing food offerings, and the best private bay beach anywhere. I see us returning year after year. Definitely my favourite place in Mexico to relax and recharge before a busy year ahead. Muchas Gracias.

This property was beautiful! The beach was right behind us. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and I booked the suite with a pool. My kids swam while I packed away. Beautiful property perfect for kids and family.

It was located on a quite part of the bay area. The building still needs some work as some parts of the bathroom or room look outdated. Some room towels were old, and unnecessary paperwork to get towels for the pool or beach.

Nice hotel well situated and very friendly staff. But the hotel needs renovation in rooms. Bathrooms and balconies are also in bad shape. Other than that, a very nice stay

Overall enjoyed our stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food and restaurant service at the resort was a bit pricy compared to some of the local options (Highly recommend Terra Cotta) but overall good. Beautiful beach right behind the resort. Lots of options for massages on property and offsite activities. In town there are lots of options for shopping and restaurants.
Area for improvement is the room. While the common areas of the resort were clean, trendy and very pleasing, our room was a bit out of date and our private pool had large areas of tiles missing and required cleaning before we could use it. The staff were quick to remedy this.
Great for option for folks looking for a relaxed getaway in Mexico.
