Hotels near Merroqui in Tamraght Ouzdar

This is my 2nd time staying here and I would never change. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This place is incredible, I always travel alone and despite being off the beaten track, it offers incredible facilities and rooms. Tamraght is a small village but is developing and provides an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also a stones throw away from the beach The team are incredibly helpful, nothing is a problem. I also loved the food here and opted to eat at the Riad most evenings. Servings are very generous and items are high quality too. The rooms here are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ve stayed in a different one each time and it’s incredible to think of what you get for the price. Early morning yoga was also on the agenda which they arranged and was the perfect start to each day. I’m already booking my next stay for early 2024.

This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. They are no longer seen as staff but as very dear friends who we will miss dearly, which is why we are booking our next holiday here.  A special thank you to Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah, and Mehdi.  In fact, a special thank you to you all!

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Iris Bar at the opulent Fairmont Taghazout hotel and I must say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end The staff especially Wissal made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I arrived going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time Her genuine concern for her guests and her attention to detail really made a difference in my evening. The ambiance of Iris Bar is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the surroundings cozy seating, and a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere it is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a drink Speaking of drinks the bar's cocktail menu is extensive and They offer something to suit every palette, whether you are in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more daring Each drink was meticulously prepared overflowing with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.

International style hotel featuring large interior spaces sumptuously furnished with comfortable leather sofas. Two lifts connect the 6 floors of large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is American buffet style.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

Room condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish. The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small. Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym. And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service. It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.

The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

We have only done city breaks in Morocco before and this was the first time that we visited to just chill out and get some winter sun by the sea. We loved the relaxed vibe at this hotel and would book again in a heartbeat. We felt really welcome even before we arrived because I emailed the hotel about something before we arrived and heard back directly from the manager Ikram. We were really impressed with her presence at breakfast each day, checking in with each and every group of guests, how was our stay, was there anything at all we needed. It was great to see a hotel manager to present, smiling and engaged one to one with guests. Deep bow Ikram! 🙏 The location of the hotel us superb, right on the beach, roaring ocean day and night, birds singing, just the sound of nature and peace. Our room was amazing, we really appreciated being able to retreat to a hammock when we wanted to. The pool is unheated which was fantastic. Really anti inflammatory, and we swam in it every day, had gorgeous weather. Beautiful 24/25 degrees all week. Breakfasts were lovely, full buffet of all you could wish for, eggs done however you want, fruit, meat, all sorts of breads and cakes, yoghurts, smoothies, Chia, flaxseed, dates, freshly squeezed orange juice, herb infused water. Really there is too much to say. But if you are looking for a happy place, with a kind and chilled vibe. And all sorts of people, couples, families, singles, mainly surfers and a few of us older guys and gals we can totally recommend this lovely gem of a hotel. Oh I forgot to mention the amazing Rosa and Naila in the hammam. Loved the hammam and the massages. Rosa really took care of me and it was so good for a painful injury. We booked a room in five days, everything was good, the staff were all good, especially the cleaners, they were more than great. We leave everything in the room as it is, so we felt very safe and calm. Thank you to the group. One thing I did not like is the swimming pool. Do not take care of it too much. The chairs are always dirty. The tables are also. Please pay attention to the pool and its cleanliness.

With all-inclusive meals, vacation is very suitable.
