The hotel is relatively new. The breakfast is okay. It's not too much, but it's okay. There are more fruits. Tampa is not very warm in winter. The room needs heating, so it's okay to turn on the heater.

No shampoo and body cleaning in the bathroom. I found it during the shower. But reception was very nice to handled this issue. I am happy.
Romm cleaning not very well. Coffee pod no refil on the 2nd day. trash can not emptied on the 2nd day...

We were very pleased with our stay at the JW Marriott. Great location with convenient access. A bit nontraditional in terms of the lobby layout and check-in experience, the hotel nonetheless offers a smart and efficient take on guest service and convenience. Room finishes, amenities, cleanliness and comfort, were all exceptional (one of those experiences where you want to take cues for a future renovation of your own house). We found the staff to be well-trained, very friendly and helpful. Food service choices were sufficient and good quality. We were particularly thankful for the healthy, fresh and quick breakfast options available at the lobby coffee bar.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in Tampa and we would stay there again.
