スタッフの対応がとても親切で，施設も清潔，快適に過ごせました。
ただ，広いベットルームだったのですが，深夜に着いたお客さんのベッドがなぜか隣，大きな部屋で他にお客さんいないのだからせめて離れたベッドにご案内していただきたかったです。
また，利用させていただきます。

ホストの方がとてもフレンドリーで、夜バーで過ごした時間もとても楽しかったです。カクテルもおいしかった。私はアメリカ人の方とイギリス人の方とたくさんお話できました。ホステル全体がおしゃれで清潔なので快適です。素敵な出会いに感謝です。

場所が分かりづらく迷子になりましたが、親戚に電話対応して下さいました。
施設も綺麗ですし、食事も美味しかったです。

清潔感があり、スタッフの方もとてもご丁寧な対応をしてくださり、心地よい雰囲気なホステルでした。
1階がレストラン／バーになっているので、食事とお話ができてとても楽しかったです♪
群馬に来たときは、また泊まりたいです。
