It is a Hotel with quite very small rooms, but very great service. From Check-in to breakfast the staff was always going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. On the second floor there is a very nice, clean and well decorated Onsen with a huge relax room. Everything was very clean and the breakfast choice was really good. The location is very close to shops and restaurants and you can find a 24h Minimart right at the lobby area. Great price/performance ratio.

家族で宿泊しました。駐車場が隣にあり、１階はコンビニ、また屋根付き商店街に直結、なので周辺のお出かけにとても便利でした。食事をするところはまわりに沢山あります。大浴場があったのが決め手でこちらにしました。また、マッサージチェアが使い放題だったのが最高でした！漫画なども置いてあり、お風呂上りのリラックスタイムを過ごすのに最高です。マッサージチェアもなかなか空かない、ということもなかったです（3台ほど置いてありました）。

仕事で３回目の宿泊 リニューアル後に初めて泊まりましたがロビー、大浴場、朝食会場等すごく綺麗になってて良かったです。 また大浴場フロアにあるリラクゼーションルームがありマッサージチェアが多数並んでおり無料でしたので数回利用しました。朝食も多数品数あり美味しかったです。

出張で使いました。 フロントは接遇マナーバッチリ、親切です。 部屋は綺麗で早めの予約で最上階の13階に泊まれました。 加湿器があり、全て整ってましたが、部屋のバスは使わず大浴場を利用しました。 利用できる時間帯も25時迄と便利です。 朝食は目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツやうどん、各種のパンやサラダなど充実でした。 コスパも良いし、フロントは素晴らしいコンシェルジェ機能もあり快適に泊まれるホテルでお勧めです。

新しく7月にリニューアルしたとのこと県民割で宿泊しました。中国や韓国からの観光客を見据えた作り？新館でしたが部屋はコンパクトすぎてまた建物も安い作りのようにみえます。最近のホテルはエコで簡素化されてるとはいえせめてもミネラルウォーターがあればありがたい。 女性の大浴場のサウナがコンパクトすぎ水風呂もなかったのでそこががっかりですね。 朝食は他のホテルと比べてしまいますが給食のようでした。
