The staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming.The hotel was clean as one might expect of a new property in a relatively new area.
The amenities were all there:towels,soap,shampoo,toothbrushes,comb,shower cap,tea bags,water.However, the advertised laundry facility was not free.
Restaurants were not within easy walking distance and were small scale-type (4-6 tables).
A fine looking building in an area of newer construction.In future maybe...

有幾個可能影響你選擇這家酒店的幾個槽點:1，位置很差。雖然叫客運中心店實際在郊區，晚上週邊沒車沒燈沒店，打車的時候司機都吐槽為什麼要定這裏。2，味道怪異。房間裏放了很濃的香薰，而且放了一台空氣凈化器，還有一個一直運轉找不到開關的排風扇（而且邊上長滿了黴菌，圖4，看得我快吐了）。3，衞生。被子破洞了還在用，浴巾也是邊上已經毛了，其中一條還有點黑，不知道是發黴還是沒洗乾淨。

像個冒牌的維也納，垃圾酒店中的典範，房間裏面冷的跟冰窖一樣，空調一點*用都沒有；早餐，除了粥是熱的，其他全是冰的，一點温度沒有

因為當天酒店要求48小時核酸，大晚上跑了趟恩澤已經夠糟心了。
入住之後，衞生間沒有沐浴露了，這些在上一個客户退房後就該檢查好的東西！為什麼沒有做好？
打給前台之後，很遲才來換，催了兩次才來，大晚上因為這些酒店事先準備好的時間，犧牲了休息時間。不過來換的工作人員也還算客氣。
酒店的空調是完全不製冷，都調到了10度，室温還是在29度，温度就不能讓人好好休息…
以及經過這些酒店方連歉意都沒有表達，下次不會再來
