Jiangyan Atour X Hotel, Taizhou

Compared with the Atour hotels I have stayed in before, this one can be said to be the Atour Hotel that is least like Atour! It should be that they took over an old hotel and renovated it hastily. There are all kinds of unpleasant odors (musty smell from the carpet, odor from the sewer, fishy smell from mopping the floor, etc.). There are only two floors of guest rooms. All the rooms on the second floor have no windows, and there are windows on the third floor. However, some rooms have a balcony or a central air-conditioning host outside the window. When I checked in, I immediately asked about the safety of the balcony. The front desk swore that no one would go up there, but on the second floor, there were no windows. I was slapped in the face the next day. A middle-aged man walked back and forth without any scruples. I was shocked. Who would dare to live in this kind of place? The room I lived in at that time had a window that could be fully opened. Although there was a screen, it was still very unsafe! Besides, in the room, there are no luggage racks in the wooden rooms, and the luggage can only be placed on the floor, which is incomprehensible! Red and blue lights were found in the air vents of the central air conditioner (see picture). Although people came and messed with it, there was no improvement, and I don’t know what the lights were. It was quite scary. In addition, there was the low roar of the air conditioner, which was fine during the day, but it was so loud at night that I couldn't sleep at all. Fortunately, it was repaired on the third day. The door has a large gap and the door itself is heavy, so the closing sound is very loud and disturbing, but the sound insulation between the guest rooms is relatively good. Breakfast is okay. Although the snacks are the same every day, the hot and cold dishes will be changed. The service attitude of the service staff is also very good and friendly. It is very hard to prepare meals early in the morning! In short, I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not choose to stay there again.

There were so many people traveling during the May Day holiday this year. I couldn’t buy a train ticket from Wuxi back to Beijing on the 28th, so I came to Taizhou for two days. I booked the newly opened Atour Hotel in Jiangyan District, Taizhou. This hotel is cost-effective and excellent in all aspects. The overall design of the hotel is generous, very clean and very comfortable. The room is large in size and well ventilated. The facilities in the room are complete and very user-friendly. The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious😋. The overall service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and very enthusiastic👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻~

We booked a room without windows for one night and then left. The lady at the front desk upgraded us directly to a room with windows. The last time I came back was four or five months ago, and the smell of the renovation this time has dissipated~ It seems that the subsequent renovations are also over. The overall feeling is much better than last time I was also very satisfied originally. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for the water.

幫家人一行共6人，訂了3間雙床房，2晚 1、入住登記時，知道房間在二樓，有封窗，服務員説如果要開窗+100元。 2、我們住的高級雙床房，有一點體驗感非常差，那就是衞生間，衞生間的門朝向房內走道，全透明，無遮擋，衞生間內佈局由遠至近是淋浴、坐便器、洗手枱，有隔斷。使用洗手間時，衹要房內有人，就沒有一點私隱！！！這讓我感覺到詫異！非常不適！

一切都很好！特別表揚一下早餐服務的幾個阿姨！今天早上有個大爺在餐廳吸煙，阿姨耐心勸説，最終那個大爺罵罵咧咧的放棄了吸煙。阿姨的及時制止，既保護了空氣清新的用餐環境，也維護了亞朵的品牌形象。如果亞朵的酒店允許吸煙，至少我是不會去住。

姜堰新開不久的一家亞朵，離商業街很近，交通方便，辦理入住是前台很熱情，姜堰最近降温一杯熱熱的紅茶很暖和，紅茶也很好喝，前台還跟我們説晚上可以到餐廳用粥，才知道亞朵還有一項服務深夜粥到，晚上會給客人準備粥，特地去看了不止粥還有蒸點小菜等，很貼心，深夜粥到很好吃，以後還會繼續住亞朵。
