酒店的地理位置絕佳，柳巷鐘樓街老太原六味齋近在咫尺！前台的幾位女士服務非常熱心周到，房間打掃的也很乾凈，晚上睡覺非常安靜。美中不足的是早餐有些失望，當然優惠後的價格也不能要求太高，但我寧可花35塊錢吃好些的早餐，連吃一週真的吃膩了，每天幾乎都一個樣，連一個純肉品都沒有！

酒店設計風格時尚別緻，房間較大，功能齊全，床品質量好舒服，位置極佳，樓下就是柳巷商業街，幾分鐘的路就到了鐘樓街了，前台服務人員態度很好熱情耐心，能夠幫助客人快速解決問題，早歺豐富多樣，營養搭配合理，歺廳環境幽雅別緻，少見有的屋頂採光，讓就歺過程更愉悦！

酒店很乾凈 清潔很徹底 定的套房 放假很大 燈光比較暗 適合休息 臨街有點吵 但勝在位置好 從步行街回來十一點左右下面商鋪也不是特別熱鬧了 可以接受 前台給提供耳塞 臨街那麪都是窗子 視野很好 雙面窗子安全感滿滿 早餐的麪條很好吃 阿姨人很好 早餐是鮮奶 有奶皮子 好評 希望早餐的咖啡味道能再好一些就更好了

設施：比較脆皮，傢俱屬於看起來日式原木風，實際很一般的，比如沙發，一坐下去就軟塌，沒有一點支撐力，直接感覺得到骨架。不過床還可以，不然起來就要腰痠背痛咯。 衞生：還可以。 環境：附近就是柳巷鐘樓區，很多小吃攤密室逃脱和餐廳，夜裡非常熱鬧。也正因如此，窗户是封閉的，無法打開，比較悶，空調也不是很靈。 服務：前台在7樓，衹有一台電梯非常難等，住8樓不是很方便。登記入住的時候前台不顧周圍還有別的客人，當面刷身份證、問手機號等私隱訊息，也沒有一米線之類的，不太專業。

房間沒有窗户，通風很成問題，燈光昏暗，裝修風格不顯乾淨，空調製熱不舒適。寫着是新裝修，其實是原來其他酒店改造的人。前台服務冷漠差勁。明明宜必思尚品和全季、桔子等歸為同一檔次的舒適型酒店，價格也同一檔次了，但這個宜必思尚品真的非常讓人失望，以後也不會選擇這一品牌了。
