Vienna International Hotel is super close to the GAO TIE station. You can just take the back route on the first floor and it takes a very short walk to get me to the station. Lobby looks luxurious and staff are friendly. They upgraded to a non-smoking floor however the first room was still smelling smoky. They changed room and I’m happy it’s a REAL non-smoking. Breakfast is good with many things. Highly recommend it.

作為酒店，衞生安全是第一，就如餐飲，食品安全是第一一樣，如果一個酒店不能把衞生安全作為第一保障，那消費者權益如何能得到保障？
在酒店住了三晚，被感染了疾病，對自己的生活和工作帶來了極大的傷害，苦不堪言！希望酒店對於衞生管理加強重視，差評不是報復，而是善意的提醒，酒店應該為自己的失職承擔責任！

不值這個價錢。隔壁的電視開了一夜，我也聽了一夜，説話都聽的很清楚，這隔音是咋做的啊？還有房間很大的煙味，估計是哪個管道飄過來的，不抽煙的人很難受。窗户很多，但是都打不開。早餐煮麪的大爺忙不過來，或者説沒有程序，要碗麪要等好久，還要站在那裡等，要不就被別人端走了...還有很多槽點，懶得説了...

説了三遍，不要有煙味的房間，一進去，桌子上放着煙灰缸，旁白桌子還被燙黑了一部分。枕頭也是煙味，我真是服了。這是什麼管理水平？吸煙房和無煙房抖不區分？
而且枕頭又薄又軟，一枕就塌下去了，四個摞起來都很低。
我在這酒店也住了好幾次了，這是最差的體驗。以後拉黑了，拜拜了您。

首先價格，前後差兩個小時，價格差了70，有種亂收費的感覺，實在太累，懶得理論！
其次服務，前台服務員看似很專業，實則辦理很不順暢，前後不過一分鐘，拿着身份證問我姓名，剛輸入手機號，問我説一下聯繫電話？確定不是搞笑的？
再次前台導航，停車場到前台感覺像走迷宮！導航的不清不楚！
另外房型，內部環境着實不匹配豪華房型！
衞生，感覺一般吧，浴巾竟然沒有包裝，感官上會有些不舒服
下次應該寧願多三四十不會再住了吧，着實不是一次愉快的入住體驗。

服務簡直差到極致：
1、前台態度普遍惡劣，尤其036號，故意讓住客等，不提供服務
2、30度情況下酒店不開啟冷空調
3、落東西在酒店，打電話過去前台回覆要等她們有空了再去找，並且沒有去找的情況下懷疑東西沒在房間，後來我們自己去找，就在房間
總之，垃圾的酒店，服務員更垃圾

我們十一點入住，房間正對高架橋。
空調像拖拉機一樣，嗚嗚作響。一晚上沒睡着。
然後説滿房最後一間。知道這個房間正對高架橋，為什麼不做加厚玻璃？為什麼空調不提前調試？
