山谷裏面，必須要開車才能來，公共交通不是很方便，可惜這個環境。度假村有好多棟三層獨棟樓，我這次住在五號樓，從房間露台看出去風景真的很好。
房間的設施比較老舊，尤其門窗根本關不嚴，開着空調還是很冷，拉上窗簾也沒用風一直灌進來。早晨起來凍感冒了，出來後到下一站霞浦鎮裏的葯店買了葯。
温泉和服務真的是一言難盡，室外泡湯沒有全開，而且有的池子水是涼的，沒有加熱水，應該是看着客人不多吧。還在泡的途中工作人員就開始放水了，答覆是水冷了要換水。泡了二十幾年温泉第一次遇到這樣換水的。温泉不是一直要加熱水的嗎？
工作人員看着是本地人，應該沒有什麼服務管理的培訓，可以這些硬件條件。
總結下，風景很好，有熱水循環的池子還是不錯的，就是温度不高。服務差，房間裝修差。可惜了這麼好的風景，温泉和那些獨棟樓有特色的樓。

酒店房間真的偏老了，空調都是很老的空調，晚上聲響很大，然後非常乾燥，建議更新新空調
住在9號樓，不是很好，還是靠近温泉那幾棟樓比較好
吃飯的地方，就就酒店裡一家餐定，價格偏高，鎮上的挺遠的
然後最滿意的地方就是温泉，起碼有十來個温泉都可以泡，然後泳池也可以，小孩子在這裏玩的很開心，小孩身高超140，補88元差價
早餐自助也還好可以，種類夠吃，小孩身高超140，補20元差價

酒店設施齊全，服務態度很好，體驗感非常滿意！人不多，温泉泡池多，乾淨衞生，小朋友泳池玩得不想上來了！餐廳的飯菜不貴，最主要是好吃！
