Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

Very close to the attractions, the room has elements that children like, rich breakfast, fruit and yogurt every day, the service is also very good, it would be great if the surrounding area is well developed

The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the service standards are not good enough. When I opened the door in the morning, there were two large bags of towels, sheets, garbage, etc. from the next room blocking the door. There was only one service staff in the breakfast room

I am very satisfied with the service. Because I was on a business trip and didn't have a car, and local transportation was inconvenient, the front desk lady drove me there personally, free of charge. She was serious and meticulous, and highly recommended.

A newer hotel.
Advantages: The facilities and hardware are good. The bedding was very good. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. Equipped with automatic curtains. Smart toilet.
Disadvantage, parking space is a little tight. And the breakfast is a little basic.
