房間內廁所是開放式的，如果有人上廁所味道是會散出來的，而且建議浴室外可以增加腳踏墊可以吸水，預防房間濕濕的

飯店座落在台南市區到精華區域，去赤崁或是酒吧什麼的都非常方便，但這也是這間的唯一優點了。
外觀雖然古色古香但房間就是老房加設備，使用類似太空洗澡間（如圖）馬桶直接在廁所，想上大號只能出去上，外面的廁所又很小間，擦屁股會撞到門。
然後看房間的簡介說這裡不接待16歲以下的房客 哈哈哈 因為隔音不太好，屋主就住在後面….
台南同價位 去Airbnb就好 哈哈哈

很有味道的老宅 地點也非常方便 市區景點都在附近 老闆跟老闆娘都很nice 有讓我們提前半小時入住 只是因為是老宅 所以隔音效果不太好 如果喜歡在房間裡鬧哄哄聊天習慣的人可能要考慮一下 我們住兩晚 整體的住宿品質都蠻不錯的

老宅改裝共區可以房內普通浴廁簡陋，規矩很多&命令式教導旅客住宿公約，鑰匙附鈴鐺隨時需知有人經過，整體性價比不高請三思。

大廳、房間都佈置的古色古香、環境很乾淨，很有老房子的味道，中間有個天井營造出獨特的空間感。民宿主人的服務也很周到。白天時還有播放古典樂增加氣氛。
但老房子改建的隔音較差，房間內額外隔出的廁所是沒有抽風設備的（外面有清潔的公廁能使用），會在意的人可能得思考一下。

古厝整理的非常乾淨，是相當難得且值得的住宿體驗。處處能感受維護文化的用心，一點點的不方便是很能接受的。而且地點離市區相當方便，irent機車的電池更換站很近，租機車非常方便。
