Great location near tainan train station. A major hub of transportation for those who use bus to travel. Although old the room cleanliness n amenities are acceptable. Just the sound proofs is poor. Nearby have many restaurants n shop, night markets are all accessible by bus.

Good location and normal standard, their restaurant is permanently closed so no breakfast available.

The location is strategic, close to 7-11 and Tainan station. The service is 24 hours👍👍👍 the rooms are pretty good for that price. The AC is quite cold. Good toiletries.

You don't want to open it. The biggest problem is the door. I read a review before that said the soundproofing is not good, but that is not an accurate description. To be precise, there is a very large gap at the bottom of the door, which allows no light or sound at all. There is no privacy and it feels unsafe. Because it is too old, the wooden door and the door frame are a little out of place, and it takes force to close the door. The door lock is an old-style pig gall lock, and a door chain must be used. The key and power supply are the oldest type. I used a suitcase to prop up the door. I went there for more than 20 days in a row, including Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. Tainan is a better choice than Taichung. Rare and expensive, they seem to be in a class of their own. A better solution is to stay in a B&B/hotel further away, and then take a taxi to the hotel, which may be more cost-effective.
