Room is very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Very close to outlet, most importantly there is hotel shuttle can reserve for transiting between outlet and hotel. Snack bar at lobby is brilliant! Buffet breakfast has wide range of choices.

此行為了高美濕地而來，台中港酒店有電動車位可保留，是EVALUE一度電6.5$，雖然一開始充電樁出問題無法順利充電，但服務人員馬上積極協助排除問題，花了點時間不過瑕不掩瑜。飯店有加價協助生日佈置驚喜的服務，999$有一隻吉祥物娃娃(鷗嗨呦)、一座毛巾蛋糕、會發光的HBD、一座氣球樹，出示壽星證件也可直接兌換甜點(我們換到起司蛋糕)。有不同種枕頭可以替換睡得不錯。早餐多樣化不過蛋白質稍嫌不足，要多海巡幾次才能吃到不同的蛋白質，比較可惜；吃完早餐離場時小孩會得到貼紙非常貼心。我們還有使用小孩遊樂室FUN世界，小巧但一應俱全，小孩可以駕駛的電動車都很新。我們沒有使用到的是飯店接駁車，有到三井outlet和高美濕地…等等，非常貼心。所有服務人員都很親切有禮，服務非常周到溫暖；小孩跌倒破皮馬上幫忙消毒傷口，過一陣子遇到還問候小孩傷口好點沒。這兩天一夜是很難得的美好體驗，謝謝台中港酒店讓我們留下美好的回憶！
