Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort

It was my first time staying at a Club Med hotel. I chose the Mediterranean Ark in Taicang. I received a warm contact from Miss Edith the day before check-in. She informed us of the details of check-in and parking and arranged baby toiletries, fences and other supplies for us. Every day, I received her caring greetings, asked about our current needs, and replenished supplies for us in time. She was very patient and thoughtful! During holidays, you can reach the hotel within an hour by self-driving in Shanghai🏨It is very convenient~ Parking is divided into underground garages and ground parking lots🅿️There is no need to worry about parking spaces with high occupancy rates~ As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, Miss Edith came to greet us~ The room was ready and exchanged children's game tickets for us🎫She also guided us to the room and introduced the facilities. Looking out of the entire floor-to-ceiling window, the view is extremely wide! Taicang South Station, Fuyou City, and the small train seem to be within easy reach~ Of course, when I came here, I went to the Alps Snow World next door to enjoy the snow~ The snow field is quite large, and it is enough for children to play for an hour and a half~ It is very convenient to come back to the hotel to rest and change clothes~ Club Med really has many places for children to play, with its own small children's playground, and also experienced the children's half-day care (4-10 years old) and family parent-child crafts (made a small handbag) in the package~ There is a children's paddling pool with a white sand beach outside the hotel. In the evening 🌆, I brought the children here to dig sand and play in the water. I really couldn't stop~ Three days and two nights passed quickly. Checked in on Saturday, and a service staff took the initiative to greet us as soon as we entered the lobby. We checked in early because there were vacant rooms. Thank you very much. After making some corrections, we went to the Snow World in the package. It was just opposite, which was very convenient. The process in the Snow World was very good. Clothes, pants, shoes and helmets were provided. I brought my own ski gloves (preferably with thick socks and masks). Snow entertainment is very suitable for three-year-old children. There is a small train in the resort, which runs every 15 minutes, but many stores in the resort are not open and sparsely populated. After returning from the Snow World, I found that fruits and biscuits were given, and the drinks in the refrigerator were also free, so the children started eating~ The breakfast on the second day was quite rich (for breakfast) and tasted good. The child accidentally broke the cup and was scared. The staff came forward to ask about cleaning and changed the position. The attitude was very good. Because the child was playing in the sand and didn't have time to check out, if conditions permitted, he was given a delayed check-out. Thank you very much, it is not a dead rule, because it is indeed a bit too late to check out at 11 o'clock. There are many sockets in the room. The staff all wear polo shirts, which feels very friendly. I brought my family and kids to the newly opened Clubmed because it was close and convenient. We happened to encounter a typhoon. I would like to especially mention the warm reminders and follow-up greetings from Yvette, the hotel guest relations, which made the stay even warmer. Although some rain entered the room, it was handled in time. The windows of the room need to be inspected later. The windows were blown open when the wind was the strongest. However, it can be seen that the housekeeping management's measures to deal with the typhoon are still good and worth praising. I didn't ski this time, but Yvette also actively handled it and helped me arrange to use it next time. I look forward to more fun activities in the hotel in the future~

The all-inclusive package is quite good, with a free one-day ski pass and two buffet meals. There are a lot of free drinks in the bar on the first floor. The KTV is also very good, with a large private room and a full range of songs. She took the initiative to contact me when I just arrived at the hotel. Because we arrived early, she let us go to the ski resort first, and we could go to the room when we came back. Seeing that we had children, she took the initiative to provide children's toilets, footstools, etc., and provided me with spray medicine for my waist discomfort. It can be said that she is very considerate. I will stay here again next time I go skiing.

I stayed at the hotel with my child for skiing on October 1st. The hotel facilities are very new and the service is very good. As for hotel facilities, the children's playground is not bad, with slides, books, building blocks, etc. All kinds of facilities have child protection measures, which are suitable for young children. The hotel activities are also rich, and the evening performances and interactive games are very interesting. The children are very satisfied. The only drawback may be that there are not many businesses around, but it doesn't matter if you come here specifically for skiing.
