During the Chinese New Year, the passenger flow is large, which exposes the hotel's management problems. At the 14:00 check-in time, almost most guests had to wait in the hotel lobby for a long time before checking in. The bath water was very cold at night. The cotton swabs provided in the restroom are used. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is very small and you have to queue up for breakfast.

The environment is very good, the service is good, and I was very lucky to get an upgraded room (it was fully booked the day before and I couldn't book it). Unfortunately, the upgraded room is a suite. There is a door separating the two rooms. I don't know the family next door, so they played cards until early in the morning. It's more than two o'clock. I'd better make it clearer next time when I upgrade. Maybe I don't need to upgrade this type of room. It's better to live next door to each other.

The scenery around the hotel is very good, and the children also like the musical fountain at the door. The castle king bed room has been upgraded. The room is quite large. Children like to play in and out of the two rooms. It's just that the restaurant is not big, so you have to wait for a table when you go there in the morning.

Although there were a lot of people during the Chinese New Year, it was still very nice and it was still very organized despite the busy schedule.

The hotel is quite new and looks good. It is surrounded by businesses with a German atmosphere and a Bayern Munich showroom. It is like a forgotten pearl that no one cares about. There is always a fountain in front of the hotel, and there is also a German bakery, which is quite novel. It was upgraded to a sailor's room with a good bathroom, coffee machine, tea set, and various teas. The service is generally very timely and the waiter's attitude is also very good. The disadvantage is that the toilet is not electric and is very cold in winter. The shower in some rooms does not have hot water, and the water is small and not hot.
