I called the hotel front desk that morning, and the front desk responded at any time. After checking in, the hotel called me at 2pm to confirm the check-in time. I replied that I would arrive in the evening and asked the hotel to share beds in advance; 2. The service awareness at the front desk is extremely poor. After I arrived at 4:30 pm, the hotel staff first asked my family of four to wait on the first floor for the previous guests to leave. It was not until I got angry and asked to check in immediately that the front desk opened another small room. The layout of the apartment allowed me to rest first, and then I didn’t tidy up the room until after 6 o’clock; 3. The hotel's cleanliness is extremely poor. When I checked into my room after a delay of nearly 2 hours, I found that the hotel had basically not carried out deep cleaning of the room: ① The bedside table and bedside were full of debris ② There were stains under the dental sink on the sink Long hair ③ Foreign objects on the toilet seat (glue from disposable toilet seats) ④ Water everywhere in the shower (obviously the previous guest didn’t clean it up carefully after leaving) 4. Is the customer's reasonable request interpreted as deliberately looking for trouble? 5. A very disgusting experience that destroyed my good impression of Atour for many years. I will never stay in this hotel again!

I like Atour Hotel very much. Whether it is the living environment or the service attitude, it can be regarded as the best in the local, the best choice. The soft decoration of the room is simple and generous, suitable for petty bourgeois with light luxury style. The price is very high. There are thoughtful electronic scales and refrigerators in the room to satisfy my food. I can’t refuse cold drinks in summer, and I am always worried. Heavy. Every time I order takeout, if the robot is busy, the waiter at the front desk will deliver it to the door of the room warmly and thoughtfully. Thank you very much.

The front desk lady is warm and attentive, the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible, and the room is spacious and hygienic. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
