The air conditioning was leaking, and the cable TV screen was blurry. The breakfast was very minimal, with no water served. Also, there is no proper parking area. If you are unlucky enough, you cannot park near the hotel.

I like it is in the center of the tagum city, walking distance In the park and not crowded, walking distance yo the Gisano mall and there's have a night market

Advantages: The mattress is comfortable, hygienic and clean, the bath towels are soft, the wifi is fast, the staff has a good service attitude, the security guard carries the luggage, the air conditioner is not a window unit and is quiet

A nice, clean hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Just wish the hot water was actually hot lol.

Very convenient to all my transaction. The guard is very tentative and helpful. He always greet people while opening the door. He's very helpful guiding you during parking the car.
The only things that this place don't have is not enough space for luggage or hang clothes, it seems like for a short time hotel only not for balikbayan,
