I always enjoy staying here. Love the buffet breakfast. However, their rooms in the old building need to be updated, including their television. No netflix. Love the access to Sky Ranch.

Room 420 has ants on the bed. Hope u double check the cleanliness of your room.

We booked to celebrate our anniversary and note it since I read the reviews and they surprise those celebrating there. But i think they just do it if the one booked is VP. We are good for the food. We just have high expectation but I understand that the taal view is the best that they can offer since the hotel is too old.

Poor service when it comes to hotel rooms, the room is empty . Old and the aircon is hot . sayang ang pera namin , hindi worthy sa rate nila.
