Horrible experience. This is a very old hotel, and did not maintain /update their facilities for long time. Trip advisor showed good reviews before Covid time. However, as many travellers say in recent reviews, this hotel has full of dust and mold. We paid extra for larger room with bathtubs. But I have never seen that bathroom was so dirty with dust , stain, and mold.. The amenities were never changed for long time, so packaging had stains & out of date. The fridge & aircon were broken. Inside of fridge had mold. The coffee mugs and spoons were left as the previous traveler used, and never washed. So sugar was sticked to these items. This hotel was booked for us by our travel agency. They quickly changed our hotel to another hotel due to this horrible situation.

The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very big. The resort is located in the center of Rantepao, which is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore this area. The breakfast is simple and delicious, but there is no bacon... :O (It seems difficult to find in Sulawesi.

Kamer kost 750K rupiah per nacht . geen lift. hotel is niet onderhouden,bad -toilet heel smerig, nooit schoongemaakt ( zoals de meeste hotels) !!! Personeel heel vriendelijk . 3 x van kamer gewisseld (smerig).Minibar is niet koud te krijgen..spinrag balkon vol mieren ..
