Although it is close to Huanhu Avenue, there are very few vehicles at night, it is very quiet, and the rooms are very soundproofed. Breakfast is a buffet and has everything you need. Generally speaking, whether it is the hotel's hardware facilities or soft decoration, from the service attitude to the surrounding facilities, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in Suzhou. Not too busy and the food there is quite good. I've stayed every national holiday for refreshment but for the last two visits, I am afraid to say that the hotel room cleaning was not so good. I saw some long hairs in the bath rubber mat and finger prints on the toilet glass wall. I feel swimmig pool's management and the water you know is another problem. Pulllman was... yet is a nice place and memory for my family. I hope Pullman listens to my words or advice. Good luck !!! Let me see you again later.

This bed is really quite big. It was the first time I slept in such a big bed. It was as big as the two twin beds put together (not put together), so I could lie down and roll around. At night, I felt that the noise coming from the soundproofing was slightly affecting my sleep. It should be due to the quality of other guests. A family and children were making noise in the middle of the night, which affected my sleep a little, but it didn't matter. The overall service attitude was very good.
