前台在辦理入住時告知已經提前開了空調 因為製冷效果要在十分鐘左右的時候有效果
到了房間 （床單被套感覺潮濕）叫來了客房服務更換 衹幫忙換了床單 在我表示被套和枕套也更換是她説還有其他事情要做 然後我和老公自己動手更換
上半夜房間温度挺涼爽的 房間裏全是蚊子 但是沒怎麼被咬
到了四點多被熱醒 還都被咬了蚊子包 打電話客房服務和前台都沒人接聽 嘗試了兩次是保安大叔來查看的 面板重啟好幾次 設定18度 愣是（空調沒出風 應該是關掉了）
又叫來經理 拿了測温儀器 還嘴硬説正常的 比室外涼快 明明就是空調被關掉了沒有風 又悶又熱 驅蚊液也沒用 （到處飛來飛去蚊子 ）最後僵持將近20多分鐘 空調出風了 新的驅蚊液拿來了
差評 最差的一次酒店體驗！！！

絕對物有所值！
就在漕湖景區內！除了去酒店的汽車，一律不得入內。
臨湖，酒店就有碼頭，湖邊棧道。
大堂餐廳正對湖景，風景一流。
酒店設備高檔，所有潔具都是TOTO高檔貨。房間內智能設計，使用超級方便。
服務人員特別細心，耐心。
全酒店一共才33套房間，湖景房2間，湖景套間1間。
隱藏祕籍：酒店大廚超級資深，菜品口味擺盤不弱於5五星級酒店或私房菜館。包間一共才5間，要早定。
結論：風景好，服務好，設施好，飯菜好，超級合算，絕對推薦，特別適合度假休息。如有自駕車會更好！

酒店品質不錯，獨享一個大湖，景區內環境還可以，房間設施新，設計不錯，唯一我不太適應的是羽絨被太熱啦，空調是中央空調，晚上沒法調的低點，中度厚的羽絨被在初秋還是太熱了，希望能滿足各種客人的需求。另外酒店的早餐還是蠻好的！值得再次來度假。

酒店在濕地公園裡麪，環境一流，很不錯。早餐品種不多但是比較精緻，挺好的。想熱鬧的會覺得比較偏，想安靜的絕對是的理想的好地方。

🧹衞生：景區裏面的酒店，一進住宿大樓一股甲醛味，味道有點沖。估計現在是淡季吧，空的房間衞生也沒有天天打掃，茶水台上麪都落灰了，地毯上面有小顆粒。都被硌腳了。
🍃環境：環境還有不錯的，
整體性還算可以，還是值得去的，

二樓的湖景房有一個平台視覺受到阻礙 有些許欠缺 房間空間還不錯 衞生間也不小 衞生簡潔 吹風機不是很好 感應不靈敏
早餐位置偏少 品種不多 但是能吃飽 麪條不錯
酒店位於漕湖內部 可以開車出入 在公園裡帳篷露營野炊很方便

週末帶娃來酒店住一晚，順便在漕湖公園裡玩一玩。酒店新增了自行車🚲租借，可以在園內騎行，超級nice。中午在餐廳點的菜，口味還不錯，就是上菜速度有點慢。
環境很美，草坪很大，漕湖的夕陽🌇非常值得一看！

房間乾淨明亮，房間看的到湖景邊緣，服務質量不錯，前台和藹。周邊環境景觀亮點在濕地公園內，早晨空氣特別新鮮生態氧吧👍早餐一般般，衞生間小了一點，抽水馬桶沖力不足。還是給五星好評
