Just normal, nothing special. Good to relax, But I did not like is that this is not a cheap hotel, they should have more employees who speak English, one is not enough and only day time

親子出遊，宅酒店，要求必須是遊樂場。
入住期間，幾次都是包場玩，孩子開心，大人放鬆。
陽澄湖一線，沿湖步行道還能散步攬湖景。
離比斯特很近，十分鐘車程。春節人太多了。絲巾券是扎染體驗券，沒有預約也麼能用上。
酒店員工的服務看得出來很用心，但酒店的工作流程太不規範導致很多小問題。好在最後都解決了。
房間內的智能控制還不是很成熟，所以麼必要打智能牌了。

和妻子小孩一起出行的。酒店基礎設施都不錯，感受到每個崗位服務人員的熱情，景觀設計用心，如果是花季來應該會更美，小童樂園大，小孩玩得開心。送一頓飯，兩杯星巴克咖啡，一份輕食，一份飲料，還送了水果，性價比非常高。

果然不負期望！住的非常舒適開心，前台管家小姐姐人超好，給升級了房間，延遲下午2點。晚上的燈光燒烤自助BBQ有烤波龍扇貝，帳篷和燈光搭的非常漂亮。酒店很乾凈。對於頸椎不好的人來説，枕頭很舒服。還可以憑新人積分免費兑換星巴克。臨走的時候還準備了菲拉格慕小禮品。下次還來！！

服務不是很積極，請幫忙配小朋友的牙刷，叫了3次才送到房間
中餐廳點了一份瑤柱濃湯乾絲，一個瑤柱也沒有，和餐廳反饋，前台反饋這個情況，都沒有給我答覆
整體房間面積不大，床小，床墊太厚，被子也太厚，一夜沒怎麼睡好
