It just needs to be clean. There are too few elevators to go up and down, at least there are two, and the underground of the room must be well managed. Many of the cigarette butts are really ugly. I hope to improve.

服務態度極差，出現問題不打投訴沒人管，尤其前台接待的服務態度極差！打電話一個小時一個空調遙控器拿不來，拿來了還不能用，找前台他又説等着，最後沒法了投訴了。才拿來了，那服務太惡劣了，以後打死也不去哪裡住了！衞生也太臟了

最初想訂一個好一點的酒店，覺得大牌連鎖應該還不錯。結果被打臉，房間逼仄，設施陳舊，最關鍵的掛壁式空調滴水，睡到半夜被澆醒，體驗真的不好。就在紅楓廣場這家麪館店旁邊，沒有拍照片。

環境堪憂，地上都是煙燒過的，睡覺的時候屋裡都是煙的味道，其他的環境就不拍了。一眼難盡。地上還留個尖的，出衞生間有水的話，安全堪憂。

房間下水道味道超重，衞生不好，淋浴間還堵的。沒有礦泉水提供，一次性拖鞋要去前台拿，發完就沒了。假期被狠狠宰了一頓，價格翻了兩三倍。

房間換了三個、其他兩個有💩的味道。前台態度及其不好。很不耐煩、還跟保潔吐槽我們事多。洗澡也是不可能、花灑出的水特別少。而且要麼用冷水用麼開水燙**的那種。沒住過這麼差的酒店。真的沒住過。我平台上免按金、他們不管平台、必須收按金。這種酒店不能開就關了。開不明白別開。
