住過全國很多亞朵，蘇州觀前街這家亞朵是最差的，沒有之一，我是亞朵的會員還能有如此差的體驗，會員權益不能使用不説，房間特別臟，大家可以看看圖片，拖鞋是破的，浴巾是破的，牆倒出是臟的，灰塵就更別説了，燒水壺上的灰塵和幹吧的污漬肉眼可見，洗澡間下水還不好，洗手盆半夜還有滴水聲，地上的頭髮都成團，就連洗澡間門上的提示貼都是貼歪的，而且更可笑的是還貼錯了，明明是拉開，貼的是推，而且酒店房間提供的水居然沒有亞朵的標識，放了兩瓶景甜，服務員態度冷漠，有任何問題都讓旅客可以打400投訴，這家酒店從管理到前台都反映出來很大的問題，大家來蘇州避坑這家酒店吧，周圍酒店有的是，何必花錢來這家，不遠的漫心酒店朋友住的就很好，而且距離觀平街更近，這家酒店周圍環境還非常差，周圍亂糟糟的，絕對差評，避坑避坑，因為這家酒店的服務和體驗非常想放棄亞朵酒店的金卡會員，一個酒店影響了一個品牌！

房間靠中庭位置不大，空調室內溫度達到攝氏29度，經過多次反應，前台美麗的小姐姐終於肯幫忙改善了空調的溫度。
