酒店乾淨衞生，帶着長者和小孩一起住的，從衞浴到床鋪都讓人很是安心，備用的被子也是乾乾淨淨的。前台服務也很貼心周到，很滿意的體驗，下次來蘇州還選擇這裏。

酒店位置非常便利，距離獅子山和博物館西館很近
因為跑馬選擇了離起點近的這家，入住還被告知為跑者贈送早餐，非常貼心～
晚餐和次日的午餐都在中餐廳吃的，味道很不錯，菜量也很大，服務也非常棒
午餐點了250元，買單時付了249，細節滿分哈哈哈

國慶長假旅遊到處人山人海，最稱心滿意的是兩個月前預訂的香雪海飯店。我們一家7人出行，有老有小，個個都很滿意！
當初看評價選擇時，看到過往住客對環境有褒有貶，還有點小擔心，實際住下後，超過了預期期望值，酒店保養得挺新凈！我們訂的雙人房，感覺乾淨、安靜、舒適！
早餐，更是沒得説，大大點贊！每天早上都吃得好滿意，尤其喜歡紅湯麪。不愧是蘇幫菜本地老品牌出品!
服務員的態度也是極好的，下次來還會選擇！

是新區裏的一間老牌飯店，裝修風格古色古香。入住體驗很好！因航班延誤，沒趕上地鐵，打車到的時候已經快12點了，前台客服十分貼心，暖心問好道辛苦，迅速辦理入住手續，主動升級了自助早餐！房間佈置風格有特點，最贊是一樓餐廳！在那裡就餐是美食體驗！
附近交通十分方便，入住性價比很高！

帶娃入住，交通便利，幾分鐘車程就可以到博物館西館和龍湖天街。沒想到這個價格能住到性價比這麼高的酒店。房間寬敞，裝修大氣，乾淨衞生，吹風機竟然還是戴森的，服務人員都很nice，看我一個人帶娃推行李，還幫忙拿了行李，送的水果很新鮮，早餐也豐盛。本想週日再住一晚，不過沒房間了，下次來這邊還會選這家。
