去蘇州連着住了四個晚上的客棧，很棒的一次入住體驗，前台姐姐服務態度很好，有問必答。
位置：客棧位於古城區獅子林旁邊，地理位置超棒的！走路去拙政園、獅子林、蘇博、平江路都是幾分鐘就到，都很近，非常方便。
旁邊也有餐廳小吃店便利店啥的買東西很方便。
設施：客棧的設施還是不錯的，不算豪華，但是該有的配套設施都有，我們住在三樓，最高也就是三樓，行李會有客房服務員幫忙提上去。
房間也寬敞，住着也很舒適，裝修風格就是比較新中式。
客棧沒有早餐，要去外面吃，去外面吃也挺方便的。
衞生：房間衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨，阿姨也很和善，每天都會主動更新房間的用品打掃衞生。
服務：前台的小姐姐們態度都很好，幫忙提行李的大姐也是盡職盡責。
總體來説入住體驗很好，雖然不是五星級酒店的標準，但是住的也很舒適愉快～

禺鈺的地理位置是一絕。於舊城區的中央，去平江路，獅子林，拙政園，蘇州博物館等等都是幾分鐘步程。打車去其他景點都是廿多元的車程。
用品大致可以，牙刷拖鞋都有提供，但有些顯得老舊，應該更換。
以這價位來說，算是物有所值了。

一般般吧，網上看的是客棧民宿，實際就是家快捷酒店，洗漱用品到不錯，但是床單被套都是臟的。環境一般。。。。。。

住了這麼多民宿和酒店，第一次遇到服務這麼差的，説的好好的會給我們報銷停車費和從停車點到客棧的打車費，結果退完房回上海後我聯繫店家，店家卻説讓我先五星好評，我覺得五星好評不應該是要來的，而是顧客住的滿意你們服務好，顧客發自內心地給你們好評，我算是好脾氣的了，聊天記錄都上傳了，房間設施也一般，我們住的那間廁所馬桶都是晃動的，廁所頂的有一塊麪板都掀起來了，每次關門都會發出很響的聲音，我覺得如果做不到下次不要輕易承諾顧客報銷費用，做服務性行業不能如此不厚道，不然你們的牌子總有一天會做癱掉。

很喜歡這個民宿，出門有很多好吃的，步行可以到挫政園和獅子林，還有平江路，裝修非常舒服，房間住得也很舒服，乾淨整潔，窗外的風景很好，馬路對面就是獅子林，最喜歡洗手枱的窗外風景，有陽光和爬山虎，這邊服務員的態度也非常好，下次還會再來這個地方住。
