Well worth it!! Service was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. The building is showing its age but we took the time to google its history & found it acceptable.

Everything is perfect. Receptionist is very kind. Thanks to her consideration, I was able to leave my luggage for about 5 hours after checking out

We booked this hotel by looking at the pictures of the hotel and the reality is far from expectations. They advertise it as kids friendly place, however barring a slide in the swimming pool, there is nothing which can be called as Kids friendly in the place at all We came here to Celebrate the birthday of my twin daughters who are now 6 year old, and The bed had sand all over it when we checked in. The room had no balcony, no decent proper ventilation and lighting is poor as well. The property is dated and is hard to enjoy the place The pool is very small but is not heated so the kids are cold all the time which also renders it unusable. I did mention it to the staff who were courteous enough to offer another room, however, the room was even worse than the one which we had, as it was completely claustrophobic and we didn't even use it and locked it. However next day, upon checkout, they asked me to pay for the extra room which came as a shocker. There was no email, no message and no calls given to us, as they expected the Keys back and now they are emailing me again and again to pay the full price of the room in which we didn't even stay. This was rather horrible as now I am forced to attend to their repeated emails and when I have clearly explained our situation that because of 5 year old twins with me, it was not possible for me to have returned the keys specially when we were out making the Kids' day special. I am extremely dissatisfied with the place, and will not recommend it to any traveler. We are a regular visitor to Gold coast and this is by far the worst experience we have had at the coast. Avoid if you can

The apar**ent is incredible we had the spa apar**ent. Layout is great, the view is great with e collect ser ise provided by staff

The hotel is really old. Even when it is clean, looks like dirty, because it is too old. The wall are not sound proof, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything outsite. It is like there was no wall. Also there is a huge proble of humidity in the apar**ent. When I arrive in the afternoon at the ap, the floor was weat from humidity.

Its a very old hotel, room was quite clean inside however in much need of a renovation as so much was old, slightly broken and outdated. The outside area (bbq and pool) was incredibly dirty and neglected. Tiles all cracked inside the “small pool” which im sure was supposed to be a spa that doesnt work and everything was mouldy and unkept. The location is good if you want to be near caville ave. Paying and extra $15 per night for parking isnt reasonable on top of the booking cost. This is maybe a 3 out of 10 Kids liked the water slide which was the only redeeming quality.

Got there a bit early still got in no problems with anything

The room was massive with a kitchen and jacuzzi, though the place is a little worn out and people partying midnight, the stay was still outstanding, we had a fabulous weekend here, thank you

good location, easy to access to shops. swimming pool with slide, fun for the kids! overall, it is an ok hotel considering the prices you paid

Service and location were absolutely amazing, however hotel is a little dated and in need of pest control.

I booked this hotel for just one night and I have to say that I was amazed by the room, it was very big and the view from the window is very nice. The room is also provided by jacuzzi for a more chill full experience.
