Good and satisfied stay. What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Very nice hotel but not ideal location on very busy road. Breakfast ok. Other meals and drinks very expensive. Good gym ok pool. Didn’t really feel the full 5star experience. No robes. A bit stingy with waters and coffee always wanting you to spend more. Staff very friendly and great security though

Nestled in an enviable location, this hotel has rightfully earned its popularity among locals. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a team of amiable staff who extended a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we highly recommend trying the in-house nasi goreng. The spacious rooms, while lacking in some amenities, were otherwise comfortable. However, we did notice a slight odor of dampness and dust that was slightly unpleasant. One minor quibble we had was with the lighting - the dimming lights were not strong enough to provide sufficient illumination, especially after sunset. Additionally, we were disappointed to find only one pair of slippers provided in the room despite booking for two guests in each of our two rooms. Was this a cost-cutting measure? Our biggest issue arose when we arranged for the hotel's car service to take us to the airport upon departure. The driver first dropped off our parents at the domestic terminal, but it wasn't until later that he informed us of an additional charge to take us to the international terminal - despite the short distance between them. We had already paid a premium for the hotel's chartered car service, and it was disappointing that the driver did not disclose this additional charge upfront. While we understand the importance of profit margins, we believe it's essential to prioritize transparency and honesty with guests. Overall, this hotel was a decent choice for the price we paid. Despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

Stayed in one of their deluxe rooms (one level above standard) and it was worth the little extra money. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet although the hotel was facing a busy street. Options for breakfast were good and best of all, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. It’s located about 5 min by car from Tunjungan Plaza but the price is much cheaper than the hotels in TP area. Can be a good option if you want to stay in the center of the city but with lower budget.

I'm quite amazed with the size of the room. Though it's only a Deluxe room. Unfortunately there was no sofa or extra seat in the room giving the size of the room. The hotel's fragrance is calming. Superb. Thumbs up to its front desk staff named Audrey. She made check in experience better than her colleague. Would recommend others to stay there and would definitely come again.

Once I entered the lobby, obviously smelled an old hotel. But the bellboy was nice. A point for him and the concierge. When I went up to the room, again, obviously it was an old hotel, the smell of carpet and gloomy. The room was uncomfortable. Humid. And the air conditioning was not working properly! I set it up at the lowest degree with maximum speed, but I was still sweating at night while I’m sleeping. I didn’t call the engineer because I was too tired and need to wake up early morning to catch a flight. The wallpaper has stained and broken. The space between the bed and the wall, you will see a pile of dust. The breakfast was also not a great things to enjoy. I assume the milk tasted like it was mix with water. They authentic food I could enjoy there was papaya and my glass of tea. The rest was a big no. Lucky for me who only stay a night there. If more than that, I would prefer cancel my booking and stay at lower level hotel.

Location of the hotel is the best! It's in Jalan Tunjungan area which is the most crowded pedestrian street in the center of Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza Mall which is the second biggest mall in Indonesia, just across the street! The hotel itself was okay. I was on 12th floor so I got a very beautiful view. Bed was nice, pillow and TV were nice, carpet was clean, AC was not cool at first but we called the staff and he fixed the problem. But the bathroom wall was not that clean, and the shower leaked to the ceiling. The amenities was just okay, and there was a fridge cabinet but no fridge inside 🤣. Honestly I expected better than this, because the price of the room, and the hotel brand, Swiss Belinn, is famous. Breakfast was nice, they got decent choices of food and the taste was nice, too. They had a basement but it was small I guess. So we had to park at the empty field outdoors beside the hotel. It was so hot but they got security to guard the place. But overall good location, tho, and pretty comfy.

I came to this hotel for three days and two nights stay. The reason why I'd choose this hotel because of the location. The rates around 250K that I booked through an OTA, it was affordable. The room size for me is alright and the bathroom was alright since it was a two star hotel and offers limited amenities. No coffee and tea maker but they have a safe deposit box. The room wasn't soundproof. I was stayed in 6th floor and the sound from the street could be heard clearly from the room. Also, the lightning should be better because I had turned on all the lamp and it wasn't enough to cover. This hotel provides you a free mineral water. Even if you bring your own bottle, there's a water dispenser in every floor! Therefore, if you choose an affordable hotel in the center of Surabaya, you should choose this one. Having Tunjungan Plaza right in front of your hotel and also having 3 nearby restaurants (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and KFC) just right beside your hotel.

we stayed here for 1 night, the location of the hotel is very strategic because it is opposite to one of the biggest malls, Tunjungan Plaza is also next to a fast food restaurant so you don't have to be confused when we are hungry at night we arrive around At 18.30 WIB and the parking door are blocked by a regular hotel event at night there is a kind of slope on the terrace of the hotel, and then our vehicle was parked in the vallet by the staff. The check-in process went quickly and we were helped to get it. Double bed room according to our request, even through the application, only large twin room, the room is according to the hotel grade, a budget business hotel, not very big indeed for the size of a double bed even to pray in our room is enough the trouble towels still feel musty and since the shower is not closed/no door/doors with toilet,then water will splash everywhere after shower,a bit careful as it will slippery non smoking room but still a bit feel less smell comfortable
